Terrible customer service... Slow and just careless... I would avoid at all cost. Food was aceptable at best.

Potentially the worst reasturant I?ve ever eaten at. Not all Johnny rockets are bad, but this one is on another level of... terrible. Waited 30 minutes for our food and had to remind the staff of our order 5 times before we got everything. There is noAC inside so it feels like a sauna. There were cockroaches inside the reasturant and it was generally a dirty place. Theservice, as I mentioned, was absolutely unacceptable. I?m not sure if Six flags is running some government program or somethingbut lord almighty, I couldn?t believe what I was seeing. It didn?t even seem like any of them had been trained. Most of the timethe staff just sat there and goofed around and threw food at each other (just to then leave it lying around in the kitchen). Nomanager to be seen either, I know because I asked for one to try and complain in person. To top it all off the 2 meals I boughttotaled to $50 dollars. What a waste of my money. Way too overpriced for Trash food with mediocre quality. Appreciate the employees so dearly but the food wasn?t good .
Waited over an hour for a mobile order that was supposed to save us time. I could've gone through the regular line 10 times. ... No urgency from the staff. Six Flags app never said my order was ready, just had to wait in a line and ask about it. Read more
Worst restaurant experience I?ve ever had. We waited almost an hour, the cooks literally stood around with a line almost going... out the door, and YES!! THOSE ARE FAKE NAILS on the floor of the dining room! Their dining room was disgusting! We ended up noteven eating the food because we were so grossed out. I?m contacting the health department. Waiting in line for almost 2 hours because the staff is a bunch of teenagers that were cooking burgers an order at a time for... which is ridiculous for crowds that were becoming hangry at this point. Not a manager on site to direct and help take orders tomake the process smoother. The cashiers felt helpless because the food wasn't coming out fast enough. Extremely POOR SERVICEALL AROUND ,VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! Must do better. Read more
Never eat here. It takes 45 minutes for a burger and some fries. The food is not fully cooked. They don't even put order numbers... on receipts so anyone can potentially grab the food that's being served. Awful place. $50 for three burgers. You will have a badtime if you go here. The employees are incompetent and rude as well. Read more
