Literally waited over an hour for 3 orders of wings and pepperoni cheese bread. I understand that restaurant is understaff but... you can easily see it in the staff face they didn?t care, even looked like they were working slowly on purpose. I used to workat Little Caesars many years ago so I understand, that was just unacceptable. Read more

Pizza was good. They were short staffed and a long wait. Staff did their best and did a good job under the circumstances.

It took the employees 1 hour and a half to give me my pizza when more people order the same amount as me and received it before... me when they ordered after me. Next time order online not in store. Read more

How hard is it for an employee to open a box and CHECK it?s the right thing?!?!? I understand the staffing shortage is an issue... and I have no problem being patient , however I do have a problem when I?m waiting 30 minutes for my order and get the WRONGthing. Being short staffed DOES NOT excuse this issue. Not only was my order wrong but the pizzas looked disappointing. I didn?torder a cheese pizza but they gave me one and it looked messy. My pepperoni pizza, which was supposed to be stuffed crust,wasn?t correct and it was cut into ridiculous shaped sizes. This place needs serious management reform. Read more

poor customer service.. gave us the wrong pizza.. went back in to have it replaced.. only for the Employee to cook pizza for the... other ten people that came in behide us.. after asking for the Manager's name.. three employees started walking around notgiving me the Managers name.. telling me that the Manager was in the back of the store but they didn't know where he was.. oh. He was outside.. the Employees nor the Manager never gave me a name.. it took 30 minutes to replace a pizza that they messed upon... Read more

I got lucky today with a fresh cheese pizza that wasn?t in the hotbox for a decade. Amaya was the cashier she was really nice... and polite hope they give you a raise soon ???????????????? This is the fifth time I?ve order the supreme deep dish and it?s raw!! Not cooked correctly. No one wants to eat raw dough... especially my five kids. I also ordered three pizzas total and they were cold. Not warm. I?m not expecting it to me hot butreally cold!? This place needs to do better. I called them a total of ten times!! The last call someone finally picked up,didn?t say hello or anything they just hung up the phone. The manger of this place needs to get there worker straight! And I?msure they is a manger working so why are all the calls being ignored!!???? Horrible never ordering with them again. I ratherdrive an extra 15 minutes then get anything from this location!!!
