Came in to grab a quick bite. Wasn't greeted at the counter for 10 minutes. After finally being greeted, the manager was... rude, sorry, and inconsiderate. She rudely explained that the receipt printer wasn't working and she couldn't make it work. She didn't even tell us our order number. Definitely won't be coming back here Read more
Came here to eat breakfast we decided to dine in. First walking in we were greeted by another customer we stood in line and the... guy told us we have to order from the machine. Second we waited 30 minutes for our food (separate orders) when my order wascalled I walked up and to my surprise the elderly gentleman that ordered when I did was still standing there waiting to pay whenI mentioned it to the lady she stated well he has to wait because we are short staffed! My friend ordered an ice Coffee justlike I did but when her order came up she was told the machine was broken and they weren?t serving ice coffee I will post picsas proof. Had I not wiped the seats we would?ve sat in dirt with small kids. Poor management poor customer service! The So called manager argued with me about what a large drink. I come to this location all of the time. I think I know the... difference between large and medium. To make it worse, she walked off and threw her hand up as to say " I'm Done Talking ToYou....Terrible customer service experience today....Just in case you( shift manager 10:45am) need to know the difference, I'veattached a picture in this review. They need new managers and new cooks. These are double cheese burgers and mc chickens. They use the middle bun of mig mac's for... the top and bottom buns. They can't even do a burger correctly and complains about a higher pay. Read more

Worst place ever. I hardly ever eat hamburgers or fast food but I was craving a burger. I order for me and my daughter and this... is what I bit into. Raw patties. Then they didn?t even give us our iced coffees. I tried calling and reaching out and nobodyever answered or responded. I didn?t eat for 2 days after this. It doesn?t even deserve a 1 star.
