No customer service, no friendly faces. 3 employees. 1 at the cash register and 2 putting a burrito together for their friends.... It took 2 employees to put the a burrito for their friend, on top of that 1 employee kept touching his friend?s face. Just walkout? Read more

Unfortunately this will no longer be a location in which my family and I will continue to frequent. I was not greeted when I... came in. There were only 2 other dinners in the facility and every single table was dirty. The floor was filthy and I wassticking to it. I wouldn't recommend getting a pickup order here, very slow, they skip your place and the staff is not the best. I ordered... online, came to pick it up 30 minutes after and it wasn't ready. I got in line and when it was my turn (after 15 minutes) Iasked about my online order, the guy said: it's here, we'll take care of that in a minute. I had to ask the guy to prepare myorder since I was already there and it was my turn to order (even if it wasn't an online order) there was no point for me towait, so they decided to start preparing online orders and basically skip mine again.
