Never again. I?d give negative stars if I could. For the last 6 months every order has been missing something. Or they added... something I didn?t order, like putting cheese on a salad. Just ordered delivery. Chips, salsa and dressing missing. Won?t getfooled again hoping this location goes back to being good. Read more

Unfortunately this will no longer be a location in which my family and I will continue to frequent. I was not greeted when I... came in. There were only 2 other dinners in the facility and every single table was dirty. The floor was filthy and I wassticking to it. Both women assumed I could not speak Spanish and spoke about how fat I was while I was placing my order. Thentried to give me a drink cup another customer returned because the lid would not fit. I wouldn't recommend getting a pickup order here, very slow, they skip your place and the staff is not the best. I ordered... online, came to pick it up 30 minutes after and it wasn't ready. I got in line and when it was my turn (after 15 minutes) Iasked about my online order, the guy said: it's here, we'll take care of that in a minute. I had to ask the guy to prepare myorder since I was already there and it was my turn to order (even if it wasn't an online order) there was no point for me towait, so they decided to start preparing online orders and basically skip mine again. I don't know how they're so slow preppingorders, considering all the food is cooked already and they just have to put it together. Looking at them working is like theyreally don't care. Read more

Consistently deliver the (very) wrong order, not like missing one or two things, but like they didn?t even read what you bought.... No ability to report issues with delivery online, and the store won?t pick up when you call. As I type this, my call to thestore just hung up after being on hold for almost 10 minutes. Walked in at 8pm no one greated us with the famous "welcome to moes!" They had no rice and that has never happened before always... go there to get dinner. They stood around talking while one guy went to the back for a long time while we all stood aroundawkwardly waiting. It's was messy food all over. We always came here there was nice Hispanic ladies the place useto be clean andwe were in and out with our food. Now i don't think I'll return to this location. First, I am autistic. I have sensory issues, social anxieties, and I am a picky eater due to my texture and taste... sensitivities. I love moes because it doesn?t get more simple than meat, rice, beans, and cheese. I have gone to this Moes foralmost 2 years now 2-3 times a week as an after workout meal, no issue. Today I walked in and was met by a very angry, large,Latino man. I asked for 2 home wrecker bowls, I tried to specify I needed one how it came (for my friend) and one I needed tohave made my way. Before I could finish I was interrupted with a large sigh and the word ?rice?!? I told this person brown riceblack beans on both adobo chicken and pulled pork. He only did adobo chicken and when I corrected for the pork he again gave aloud sigh no verbal communication and slipped the pork on the order. I asked for queso on both, again met with a nasty look anda sigh. When it got to the gross portion of the food as I call it, my bowl is done at this point, but the way this man put thebowls together I was seriously wrong. I asked him to make the one bowl how a normal home wrecker comes, he stared at meblankly? I said ?I don?t know how it normally comes I?ve never ordered it that way, I dunno like the guac and sour cream orwhatever? He proceeds to slap guac on the one flinging guac into my bowl, that?s a huge trigger for me but I let it go, thencame the sour cream getting into my bowl as well. Again I have autistic sensitivities I understand I sound like a child but ifI?m about to pay close to 30 bucks plus tip I?d very much so enjoy the food the way I asked for it. The gentleman proceeded toclose both bowls and I said ?Doesn?t it come with pico or lettuce something??
