There is a definite decline and failure to rectify the issues at this location. Tonite the pizza was not warm but rather hard... and the slices were pulled apart, every last one. Very dissatisfied with this delivery!! Read more
Has signs posted needing help and says short staffed when it takes an unusually amount of time to get your order but they do not... call or show any signs of hiring a seasoned potential employee when one goes online and applies for a job. but n Cannot Read more
Don't go to this Papa John's location! It's worth the extra time driving to another location nearby. We had a negative... experience, including disrespectful employees, poor food quality, and more than an hour wait time (for 1 pizza, which we pickedup). We try not to leave negative reviews, but we have reached out to Customer Care (twice) and also directly to the storemanagement (twice), with pictures from our experience as well as direct quotes of what was said to us (rude and seeminglydiscriminatory comments) and no one has made any effort to correct any of our issues and concerns. We love Papa John's, but weare very disappointed and disheartened with this location and how our negative experience was handled (or has yet to be handled,4 weeks later). Hopefully some coaching will be provided to the entire team, so the Papa John's brand will be protected. Untilthen, we encourage you not to waste your time and to get your pizza elsewhere. Read more
