Don't go to this Papa John's location! It's worth the extra time driving to another location nearby. We had a negative... experience, including disrespectful employees, poor food quality, and more than an hour wait time (for 1 pizza, which we pickedup). We try not to leave negative reviews, but we have reached out to Customer Care (twice) and also directly to the storemanagement (twice), with pictures from our experience as well as direct quotes of what was said to us (rude and seeminglydiscriminatory comments) and no one has made any effort to correct any of our issues and concerns. We love Papa John's, but weare very disappointed and disheartened with this location and how our negative experience was handled (or has yet to be handled,4 weeks later). Hopefully some coaching will be provided to the entire team, so the Papa John's brand will be protected. Untilthen, we encourage you not to waste your time and to get your pizza elsewhere. Read more

There's a reason these guys barely get a three on Google review, I've been living out in Powder Springs for 14 years and almost... like clockwork every week go there to get the same pizza with the same ingredients, sometimes I get the discount from themanager and sometimes I don't and I have to fight for it, which I shouldn't have to do, but it seems like nowadays people don'tappreciate loyalty. So it's probably been about 8 months to a year since I've been to this location and I made the girl type inmy phone number so she can see my history, she gave me the normal price of $16 and change and I'm accustomed to paying 14 andsometimes even 12, I offered her my veterans card and they said they don't accept veterans discount... so I just walked out andtold her I would go to another store that offers me the discount which is on South Cobb... The staff are very skilled. Ate there twice and ordered three times. Everytime was great tasting food. Only complaint - No... prices on any menus. Had to ask how much things cost. Otherwise the food and service was excellent. The store itself was cleanas well. I work in dirty stores where the owners care less about presentation. This store was spotless and up to date onequipment. 5 stars for presentation. Won't hesitate to spend my money here again. And will definitely recommend this business toanybody eating out.
