Pizza was supposed to arrive at 7:39p. At 8pm with no pizza I called the location and they said 20 more mins. After another 30... mins I receive a door dash notification for pizza on the way. The Doordash driver notification does not update and I receive acall from the driver asking if I received my pizza. At this point I cancel the order and go get my children food elsewhere. At9:17pm (2 and a half hours after the original order) a driver shows up with an old cold large cheese pizza. I will NEVER orderPizza Hut again. You need to learn to communicate with customers if there is a staffing issue and allow them to come pick up theorder or cancel immediately if there are issues. Read more

Worst pizza we ever had. Cheese was burnt on top. The dough taste very stale like. No sauce just was not appetizing at all.... HORRIBLE! Read more

Worst service ever. Overcharged. Don?t know prices. Menu board has one price they charge you another price. No explanations.... Employees say Owner hasn?t been by to change prices on menu boards for months and they cannot credit what the board says but cancharge you what the computer says. You?ve been warned! Single-handedly the WORST experience I?ve had trying to order a pizza. This was supposed to be a ?meat... lovers? and it came with no Italian sausage or beef and no extra sauce or any that I could taste. No receipt at all from thedriver. It all tasted bland. Was given a refund but had to drive back to the store to hand them back their messed up pizza whichI shouldn?t even have had to do. Needless to say, I won?t be ordering from here again. Read more

Ordered big box dinner. Waited 2 hours for our food. When the food finally arrived, not 1 item of the 4 in the box was correct.... My 2 under 10 grandsons were at the house and had started in on the pizza and chicken wings (I didn?t order wings) before I sawthe box. I called the store and they wanted me to bring the food back to the store - on a delivery order!!! Then because thekids had grabbed a couple of pieces of pizza and chicken wings they couldn?t bring us our correct order because they couldn?tget the full order back from us. I have a feeling they might have been planning on delivering it to the person who actuallyordered it maybe???? I tried to explain that 2 boys under 10 had already been waiting over 2 hours for food that was lukewarmat best and had already dug in because they were very hungry. Made no difference. If we couldn?t return all the food, wecouldn?t get our correct order. Then they hung up on me and wouldn?t answer calls from my phone number any more ( my family isfrom Chicago area so our phone numbers start with a weird area code so they could easily recognize all our phone numbers). I ordered at 6:15pm on Saturday. I ordered two large pizzas(one with regular sauce and one with light sauce), cheese sticks, 2... liter Dr. Pepper, 2 liter Diet Pepsi, and used 150 rewards for Cinnabons. On the website it said that it will take 25-35minutes. I understand that times vary for delivery especially on a Saturday night. I was notified that my pizza was out fordelivery at 6:58pm. I received another text at 7:28 that my order would be delivered through door dash instead and it would bedelivered at 7:45pm. At 7:50pm I received two large pizzas. The door dasher confirmed that was all that was given to him. Thepizzas that were sent were cold and hard and they both had barely any sauce at all on them. I immediately called the store. Ispoke with a lady who never gave me her name. I explained the situation. She never once apologized but instead explained to methat i must be mistaken because they generally used two scoops for light sauce and three for regular. I told her it looked likethere was one scoop on each. She said she could have my order remade but it would be over 2 hours to receive it. It was 8:00pmalready and I was feeding my kids. I asked if I can just bring it back and have it remade. She said it would take at least 45minutes for that. I asked if I can just get a refund and she said yes and immediately hung up the phone without saying anythingelse. I called back to make sure she had my information. I called back once and she answered and put me on hold over 10 minuteswithout coming back on. I called again and no answer. I called a 3rd time and when she answered I asked not to be on hold, andwas immediately placed on hold for another 15 minutes without her coming back on. By this time it was almost close to 8:30. Igave up for the night. I filled out a survey and said everything that is stated here and asked for a manger to call back. Stillnothing. I had an employee tell me on the phone that she was 100% sure my pizza was indeed a hand tossed pizza. But this is actually 100%... a thin crust pizza and instead of admitting the mistake they made she decided it was a better idea to tell me that I?m wrong.This is the second time I?ve received bad service and quality and accuracy issue at this Pizza Hut and I will not be coming backhere. They offered to redo the pizza and I guess that was supposed to make it better but to call a customer a liar over a pizzais disrespectful to say the least. Read more
