My family and I ordered the mix and match of their chicken sandwich and onion rings. We all drove away from the drive through... window and started on our way back on the road. After a few bites into chicken sandwich we noticed they weren't even cooked allthe way and the onion rings weren't cooked fully, they were soggy and wet looking. So we tried calling them but no answer thefirst few times because it was getting close to the closing time, and when we came back for a refund at the window, they werevery rude and unprofessional about it, supposedly it was the manager.. We had almost all the food still, and so we gave it allback to them. She even wanted the sodas too, which we gave her back as well, and didn't even offer to remake or give us a couponor anything. She threw our money back in our hand and slammed the window closed. No receipt back or a copy at least. But I am soglad we aren't from here because we would never go back to this place ever again!! Such terrible service and experience! Plus itwas a long wait just to order and then long wait for food to be out the window to us. WOW!
