My family and I ordered the mix and match of their chicken sandwich and onion rings. We all drove away from the drive through... window and started on our way back on the road. After a few bites into chicken sandwich we noticed they weren't even cooked allthe way and the onion rings weren't cooked fully, they were soggy and wet looking. So we tried calling them but no answer thefirst few times because it was getting close to the closing time, and when we came back for a refund at the window, they werevery rude and unprofessional about it, supposedly it was the manager.. We had almost all the food still, and so we gave it allback to them. She even wanted the sodas too, which we gave her back as well, and didn't even offer to remake or give us a couponor anything. She threw our money back in our hand and slammed the window closed. No receipt back or a copy at least. But I am soglad we aren't from here because we would never go back to this place ever again!! Such terrible service and experience! Plus itwas a long wait just to order and then long wait for food to be out the window to us. WOW! Food was good, however waited at the drive thru menu for ten minutes, then waited 20mins for the food... Not very fast food.... They need more help in the kitchen. Read more

The 2 spicy chicken I order was so raw and I try to call them about it and they never answered the phone. What a joke for... customer service. ???? horrible service and they are not even friendly or kind. Read more

We stopped at our local Burger King and it had a sign on the door saying closed 5/26/22 evening. It was 5:13pm. We had coupons... and went back 5/27/22 it was 6:05 pm and it was open, however there was a sign on the speaker saying it was only open from 8amto 8 pm. Okay... Short staffed. OK. But the manager came out while we were sitting waiting our turn at the drive thru, shewalked right up tore the sign off, put on a new sign that read closing tonight at 7pm. Never spoke to us or smiled. Walkedback in and then took our order. Was very rude, gruff. We pulled ahead and same rude gruff attitude, food was cold andabsolutely gross! We threw it away. Read more

I never post bad reviews. But man. What a joke of an experience. As I write this, there are maybe 3 parties in here eating and... our food took nearly 40 minutes to be out. And it took them three tries to actually bring us the right stuff. The manager was inthe store to boot and couldn't have been more apathetic, even loudly joking about the situation while my young kids and I satand waited. No courtesy whatsoever. Look, I know it's fast food and my expectations are calibrated accordingly. But this wassuch a garbage experience, and I will never patronize this location again. Update: as I sit here eating with my 6 and 4 yearold, the manager is sitting with someone who seems to be another manager are sitting together talking loudly about storeoperations and can't be bothered to not use swearwords. In the dining area. Openly complaining about employees. Bragging aboutnegotiating wages down for new hires. I can't imagine ever wanting to eat here or someone voluntarily working here. And if Iwere a regional manager, this person would no longer be employed. Read more

Food and customer service were fine, however, the speed of the drive through was terribly slow. There was a single vehicle in... front of me when I arrived, yet it took nearly 15 minutes for me to get my food after ordering, and 7 minutes for the lady totake my order. I don't blame the staff, I blame management. Offer a higher starting wage, so you can staff an adequate amount ofworkers, and then you shouldn't run into service time issues. Read more
