the manger here is horrible, she seems mad every time i enter the store! she always seems to have company and acts as if the... customer is interrupting her personal time. i?ve heard from multiple people that work and/or have worked there that she treatsher employees poorly. this environment would be 100% better with a manger who seems like she cares about not only her co workersbut the customers as well! Ouch. Tiny things to do in order to fulfill your job duties. Say hello to your guest. Ask what your guest would like. Dont... answer the phone when your boyfriend calls and stop making food only to continue the conversation while ringing your customer upbecause no one else knows how to use the register. We were traveling through Austin and needed a quick dinner. The restaurant was super clean. There were no customers when we... entered, and the employees were all cleaning and prepping. They immediately started making our meals, and all the ingredientswere very fresh. The food was delicious! Read more
Food was alright but what I'm assuming the manager in a black shirt was doing paper work at a table and someone came in she... huffed and puffed didn't wash her hands put gloves on and made the person's food. Not a very good place to come to. Theatmosphere is not very welcoming. Read more
Had some issues with the app, but when I went into the store the staff was extremely helpful, above and beyond what I'd expect... at most fast food restaurants. The food was excellent but the service is what really stood out. I don't recall the name of theguy that helped me, unfortunately, but my transaction was at 6:11pm drawer 2. Awesome worker! Read more
The food tase was good but half way thru my food I found hair in my food. I would recommend hair nets or hats to stop future... contamination. Would have Givin a 4 or 5 with no hair in my food. Not a good first impression. Staff was friendly I do have tosay though. Read more
