If I could give this subway a no star I would. I drove to the drive through and the kid couldn't hear me, I had to tell him 3... times what I wanted I uberstand he couldn't hear me but he could have at least said " I can't hear you can you speak up? I gotto the window and asked if he got a roast beef and told the lady he was rude. The manager came out and screamed at me andrefused to serve me just because I said the guy was rude. Immaculate service to the point I can officially say these guys beat Jimmy John's hand freaking down and for a while I was... obsessed with Jimmy John's. But the more I went the more I understood I needed to come back to subway. Austin has a flippingdrive through which just makes life easier. And hippies are allowed at subway. Food is good, but I can't get someone on the phone for the life of them. I had a question about some charges on my card, namely... why it's showing up as a charge in LaCrosse and not in Austin. At first I thought my card was stolen, similar charges showed upon a family members card like that and we had called it in stolen. I just want answers as to what's going on and if Subwaycan't at least provide some answers than I'll have to call and cancel my card as well because I can't prove that I spent mymoney where I said I did and have no idea if my card was actually stolen or not. The food is good yes but every time I come here and order through the drive through they mess up my order. It?s been 3 times... now, I asked for extra pickle and they didn?t give me pickles at all they put extra olives (which I don?t like and I had to pickoff). I asked for extra ranch another time and they didn?t even put any of it on there. And the third time I asked for Parmesancheese and again they didn?t put it on there. If they could get my orders right it would be fantastic because their food isstill pretty good. Read more
