APT 711 is by all accounts a fabulous experience. Welcoming and friendly staff. An eclectic (in the very best way Austin has to... offer) interior. But the food and wine pairing are where I found myself absolutely spell bound. I had the tasting here and I amawestruck and the cohesiveness, diversity and charm of the menu. It?s incredible. well worth going the day without eating justto savor every bite! I?m so glad I?ve found this absolute gem. There?s so many exciting and wonderful things awaiting yourpalette here. This is an experience you won't regret. The service is such a treat and the food is simply impeccable. The chef has an... impressive background and we trusted the tasting with wine pairings and I would do it every night for the rest of my life if Icould. Read more

I wanted to love this restaurant but instead I was disappointed by it.. First off, I was looking forward to trying their tasting... menu. We arrived at 7pm on a Sunday and was told that they had sold out of their tasting menu. For context, we tried to getthere earlier, but they said they couldn't seat us any sooner. In addition, a few other items on their menu were also sold out,so we were pretty much left with a small handful of dishes to choose from. While the food overall was very tasty - especiallythe Cauliflower fondue, the portions were far too small. To pay $25 for a tiny pot of pork belly stew and a tiny cornbread justseemed a bit outrageous. I truly hope they figure out how to improve their operations because the food we got to try was verypromising. Read more

My reviews seem to disappear over time but this establishment is always fabulous and another great review is overdue! I just... tasted a Fennel Confit that was both savory and addictive. A cheese plate is coming, and the Jamon (Spain) selections lookdecadent. We also ordered the rabbit--the menu changes all the time, and I've never had the same thing twice, but we've comehere for years for the amazingy curated wine selection. I honestly could not speak more highly of any place for wine and smallplates in an intimate setting. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and the experience wiuld not be completewithout them. New Years Eve here is incredible, by the way, even if I'm off-topic--there is always a bomb wine and bubblestasting. 5 STARS! Read more

We had dinner at APT115. They offer a daily wine menu as well as a full list of wines. Loved the food there: Beet is beautiful... presented and ingredients work together well. The pork belly stew came in a cute casserole dish, well seasoned and the honeybutter is delicious. Wagyu short rib melt in the mouth and the sauce and mushrooms go very well with the short rib. Staff arewarm and friendly. I?d go back for their tasting menu and wine pairing next. Read more
