The food is great and the service is so lovely as they recognized our anniversary. The only thing I would say is that we were... told the food is all meant to be shared, but I don’t think that’s quite accurate for the pasta (would be difficult topartition), the burger, or yuzu lemon sorbet dessert. All of which we ordered. Great location right by the Congress AvenueBridge in the Line Hotel. Read more

4+ ?? when a group of us decided to meet for diner after an incredible day of a business mastermind, we found our way... here. Much to my surprise — Kristen Kish has been one of my favourite chefs on top chef (I’m a bit of an addict to theshow!) and … her restaurant did not disappoint. Service was amazing, food was delicious and the presentation wasgorgeous. The restaurant decor was modern and inviting + I would definitely recommend as a great option when visiting Austin. And please do yourself a favour and order the burrata!!! Read more

Absolutely delicious. Will be coming back to dine at Arlo Grey again. Brought family and was pleasantly surprised the food was... served family style. Made for an engaged and well paced dinner. The food is what one would expect to be created by a Top Chefwinner... flavorful, beautiful, sensible. The cocktails were well made. Trendy atmosphere and a nice bonus for the restaurant tobe located inside the Line for perfect viewing of the Austin bats at sunset flying along the river. The staff was attentive andpaid attention to reservation requests. Read more

I WAS Hesitant based on recent reviews but I love Kristen and watching her on shows so I needed to try this place for... myself. Ambience on point. Decor fabulous. Servers charming. Drinks. Primarily the garden margarita insanely delicious. Lovedit! Burrata. Perfectly cooked. The sauce beneath it was fantastic. Spiced peppeta butter. Lobster Tortellini was perfect andthe bisque I could have drank in a shot glass. Steamed Seabass was cooked perfectly and the bernaise sauce was fabulous. WhenI go back I will attempt to alternate sauces because the were so phenomenal and I'm awfully curious to these pairingsbelow.... Burrata with the lobster bisque. Lobster Tortellini with bernaise sauce. Steamed Seabass with the peppeta butter. Idefinitely think these would be amazing pairings but I'm no chef!!! ?? WILL RETURN! Read more

We had a fantastic dining experience at Arlo Grey. A week night reservation is definitely the way to go. Our server, Spencer,... was very down to earth and knowledgeable about every item on the menu. All of the plates are small and shareable. The sour doughbread is to die for and the tomato salad. Both pasta dishes were delicious, I literally could have eaten both of them myself. The jalapeño margarita was spicy and perfect and the lemon tart is a must. We can’t wait to go back. Read more

My wife and I stopped by exploring downtown after a movie nearby. We intended on just drinks and an appetizer, but ended up... sharing several plates. I'll begin with saying the steamed halibut made our night--top 3 for the last 2 years of fine dining inAustin--Otoko and Luties holding 1 and 2--incredible! The fried steamed buns and crudo were good, but I can't get over thatlast dish. We enjoyed the decor and service was top-notch. Cocktails were done well. Overall, it's difficult to argueanything but 5 stars when evena single dish stands out like here--and my wife and I fine dine a lot with her job working as afine wine specialist for an importer. Ambience plays a big role too and all the greenery and open sunlight thru the windowsgives this place a real Mediterranean feel. Nice job! Read more

The ambience was really nice! We had a view of the river from our table, and despite it being dark out, it was super peaceful... and nice to see the water glistening. The dishes and flavors were unique, making this dinner experience very memorable! Theburger was definitely a highlight. The food is more than worth the price, and we had great service! We we're very impressed byChef Kush's restaurant and will definitely be returning in the future. Read more

First time, will try again, but a bit overrated. Burrata was average, consistency almost made it seem like it was frozen (I’m... sure it wasn’t but just what I experienced), the fried cheese was delicious, but it’s fried cheese, duh. The waygu wasdelightful, I have no palette for the side lentils however the cut of beef was tremendous, the sauce on the side is pointless, but this dish is probably the only saving grace giving this 2 stars. The crispy fried rice was good, nothing over the top, unique flavors with the same sub par sauce as provided with the steak. The cake was terrible, a poor excuse for a sourdough whipon top of a flat tasteless chocolate cake. The cherries were delightful but overall, the dessert was really bad. Our server wasalso one of the bartenders, he was very friendly, but not overly attentive. He didn’t up-sell anything, which when it comes todining, I appreciate. I want espresso with my dessert or a dessert wine, I don’t want to have my wallet out at the end of themeal waiting for someone to come by as we wait patiently. Another main issue is, we should all start a charity to help pay forair conditioning. The restaurant was unbelievably warm, I was getting nauseous by the end of it and there was barely anyone leftin the restaurant. If the temperature is unbearable again round 2 I won’t come back for that reason alone. Read more
