The driver left pizza?s at door without knocking or ringing the door bell. Checked the grubhub app and realized they delivered... the pizzas 35 minutes ago. Beyond ice cold. Grub hub did refund the order but now I have to go through the hassle and time toreorder from another restaurant. All of this could have been avoided with a knock on the door. Read more
Only order at this location if you?re interested in poor customer service. This is about the second time I?ve ordered pizza from... here and the individuals that work here have TERRIBLE service. They are rude, inattentive, and could care less about servingcustomers or representing their business! Even as a door dasher I?ve came to this location to pick up orders and the attitudesare THICK! They stare at you like you don?t belong, don?t speak or greet you instead say ?Can I help you???!? In a rude tonelike you?re bothering them on vacation. It?s trash, pizza is great but the mood and response from employees makes me not want tospend money at this establishment at all. Truly disgusting. First time ordering here during our quick trip from SA and wow this pizza was amazing! To think we were going to order from papa... johns. I was a little upset at first because I couldn?t find an option to split toppings on half. My SO hates mushrooms butthat?s my all time fave on pizzas. I ordered a pizza with specific toppings because my wife suffers from allergies. When I called to report that the pizza was not... made as specified the person on the phone became argumentative and would not acknowledge or rectify the mistake stating that hemade the pizza himself and I didn't know what I was talking about. Message to management: teach your employees customerservice. I will be issuing a charge back from my credit card company if this is not rectified. I like to support localbusinesses but Austin Pizza need to realize they're not the only pizza place in town and people have many options for pizza inthis town. Ordering Pizza Online is a seamless process with their website. They are completely transparent with expected wait time on... delivery. They were right on the money with expected wait time. Pizza Delivery Guy was very polite and had the order correct anddidn't leave any ranch or drinks out, like most delivery services seem to do. Pizza Tasted Amazing! Some of the best service I?ve ever had from the time I enter the door to the time I left.
