Cannot wait to come back. We got a migas, a chorizo + egg, a pastor, and a barbacoa - all on flour. Their meat was soooo good.... Okay, so I had ordered through doordash and was just trying to get my macros in also, it was cheat day and this place happened... to be open. Well let me tell youuuuuu! I WAS NOT READY for how absolutely flavorful my burrito de pollo and taco de pastor was.Not only that but it actually tasted AUTHENTIC. Most Mexican places say "authentic" but no, this spot right here tasted likemy grandma made me the burrito. Also, their red salsa? It definitely wasn't your average tomato juice red salsa. They actuallyhave their very own home made red salsa. Tasted like it was made of Chile de arbol? I may be completely wrong, overall it wasjust *chefs kiss* ???????? yummy! The burrito was slightly greasy but it wasn't too greasy eeither. Every bite I took from myburrito I was just doing mt little happy dance. It had so much flavor, it's very own flavor at that. If their food was thistasty? Then I can only imagine what their agua frescas are going to be like. Definitely will be letting my neighbors and theirmamas know, this is the spot to go too! The tacos served at this food truck are amazing, they are some of the best tacos I’ve had. The tacos are authentic and have... incredible flavor. I particularly enjoy the Carnitas and Chorizo tacos. The taco sauce was also very good, the green sauce hadan amazing flavor and added a spicy element to the tacos. If you enjoy tacos and Mexican food you will not go wrong orderingfrom this food truck. This is a hidden gem! Located in a small unassuming trailer park, the menu will satisfy any of your cravings. The star of the... meal was definitely the quesabirria (decadent, you will ask for more dripping consome to dip your tacos)! The tacos areexcellent, super fresh and flavorful. We've tried 2 Aguas Fresca so far (mango and guava), both are made with real fruit andextremely refreshing. This place has definitely become one of our favorite tacos trucks in Austin.
