When you ask for no ice. This is what they do to you. For a drink that cost over 7 dollars. This is totally not worth it. ... There?s new places coming all around places. If this is how they run their business. I will never go again and never suggest myfriends to go Read more

I went to Bambu after getting a craving for an Asian dessert. I ordered their hazelnut mocha made with Vietnamese coffee and the... Fruit Addict dessert (not pictured). The coffee itself was not bad. I could taste the hazelnut flavor and the coffee wasdecently strong. The Fruit Addict was a bit disappointing. Besides the jellies and fruits inside the rest of the dessert wasflavorless. I ended up just eating the one or two pieces of fruits they put inside and tossing the rest because it wasn?t worthfinishing. Overall I acknowledge the fact that Bambu has a wide variety of desserts and drinks but was let down with the flavorand execution. Read more

Located within the Chinatown with plenty of free parking lots. Bamboo is the best place in Austin for the most popular... Vietnamese deserts. Should be a good choice for deserts with just a short walk after having Vietnamese cuisine or shoppingaround. They used to have very good waffles but seems like they have recently changed the waffle recipe, it is just not as goodas before IMO. Highly recommend if you like sweet treats. My favorite ones are "chè s??ng sáo ??u xanh", "chè ba màu", avocado smoothies, and pandan waffles. They currently open for dine-in with a piece of note on each table to let you know if thetable is cleaned and ready to sit. Customers should turn the note upside down before leaving the table they have been sitting sothat the staffs know it needs to be cleaned. Read more
