I bought a leather bound guest book for my dad's funeral. I couldn't believe the cashier drug my book across their table and... even miss handled the pages. I told her its leather and she just laughed it off like something was funny. Need to train theemployees on how to handle certain books ie leather bound. Read more

Tip for BN Customer Services counter: don?t put a giant sign that says ?Pick up your online order here? if you?re going to... rudely brush me off and not let me even finish my 4 word sentence; just to sternly tell me that online orders are picked up atthe front. I didn?t deserve that. I go out of my way to be kind to retail/food-service workers bc I?ve been there?esp during theholidays. But thank you for talking down to me. I hope people are nicer to you and you are nicer to other people. Read more
