I bought a leather bound guest book for my dad's funeral. I couldn't believe the cashier drug my book across their table and... even miss handled the pages. I told her its leather and she just laughed it off like something was funny. Need to train theemployees on how to handle certain books ie leather bound. Read more

Tip for BN Customer Services counter: don?t put a giant sign that says ?Pick up your online order here? if you?re going to... rudely brush me off and not let me even finish my 4 word sentence; just to sternly tell me that online orders are picked up atthe front. I didn?t deserve that. I go out of my way to be kind to retail/food-service workers bc I?ve been there?esp during theholidays. But thank you for talking down to me. We come here every year for my daughter's birthday treat. I love books and have bought quite a few here as well, I just prefer... the less expensive online route like Thriftbooks these days, but I still appreciate a good bookstore for sure. As much as I like supporting a particular local Book store full of People, this is the place to go in northwest Austin. Broad... selection of books and games, including board and card games for all ages. Convenient location, and competitive with anybrick-and-mortar. Love this place, amazing selection of books at good prices and friendly personnel. Nobody that comes up to you bothering you... with questions about how they can help you.
