Just visit this location. Walked in, wasn't greeted, wasn't told we'll be with you in a moment. Waited ~3 mins, Not acknowledged... AT ALL. A lady walked in acknowledged and order taken less than a minute of her arrival..Smh. After she ordered I politely letthe gentleman know that I hadn't been helped yet, his response wasn't an apology, but "oohhh well you want to order something?"Absolutely Not!! Hopefully the store owner/operator sees this to remind their workers It's customer service 101 when you comefrom the back to ask the customer have you been helped if they aren't sure. To say HELLO when they come into the store. At theend of the day this is a reflection on management. Went to another location and received the service I deserve, with the tip tomatch. Update: They have at least 4 dairy free options now :) Good, but need more dairy-free options. Staff was nice, friendly. Place... was clean. Atmosphere was nice. I just wish they had more than 1 dairy-free option. Come on Baskin Robbins, it?s 2021. Peopleare dropping dairy at an enormous rate. Have you never heard of paleo diet? How about veganism? How about countless other dietsthat are now telling us to cut out dairy? Other than that, you guys are great, you?re just missing out on a skyrocketingdairy-free market. Read more

The black girl that works in there has horrible attitude problem. I'm black, so I am not being racist. I stated the black girl,... so the manager can know who I am speaking about. Long braids in her hair. If she doesn't want to work there she should quit. Iwon't visit again. Not this location. Read more

My husband and I have been wanting to stop at this store for some time. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The... interior was closed so we waited in the drive-thru line which wrapped the building. Once we got to the intercom we realized noflavors are listed on the drive-thru menu, so we had to order a couple of things that we knew they had. Once we got to thewindow our order took a really long time. We ordered a few scoops of ice cream and a sundae, so this was odd. However, I think Iunderstand why as the marshmallow on my sundae was the consistency of thick taffy. I could barely eat it. I literally had tograb it with my fingers and bite off a piece. I always get marshmallow from BR so I know this isn't right. I don't think itshould've been served. I also don't think I'll be back. Maybe avoid this location. Read more

Today I was craving ice cream so we decided to go to baskin robbins. I had already ordered and there was a couple behind me &... they only spoke Spanish.They dont have Spanish speakers and I felt bad, luckily I?m bilingual and helped them out, plus while Iwas helping the couple order I was waiting for my banana split and they gave it to me looking like that :( to top it off, theywanted to charged me for something I didn?t even get. Same great ice cream and Dunkin donut combos! But the staff was not on their game . Took forever to order while waiting on... cashier to finish his personal conversation on his cell phone . When he did decide to take our order after standing at counterwith no other customers in store for about 5 min , he just put his conversation on hold long enough to hear our order, thencontinued. Had trouble giving my change back cause person in back was messing with him over drive thru headset. Read more

This was my 2nd trip here. I came for the 1st time yesterday and received great service which made me want to come back today. I... ordered a 2 scoop sundae which if combined might could be a 1 scoop sundae. It's pretty bad when there is more topping than icecream. The kicker though was the other clerk was making another customer's entire family's order with a smile and the differences between his scoops and the ones I got was so obvious I had to ask "is that 1scoop?"
