I was leary because of some of the reviews but my food was quite delicious. Delivered fast, fresh and hot ????
I ordered orange chicken and beef LoMein dinner combos. I think they were very tasty. Fried rice is not worth the up charge but... overall it?s good. My only complaint is the price. I spent $43.00 after tip. It?s overly priced. Read more
Fast delivery and fresh hot food. Could be a little nicer to customers calling in for delivery. Was rushed through my order and... didn\'t ask what rice I wanted and I forgot because of being rushed. Also ordered a lunch special but was given a whole dinnerwith everything incl appetizer. I didn\'t want that, but she assumed bc she was rushing so much that I wasn\'t really able toget words out. After she could have repeated my order to make sure it was correct, that would have solved the incorrect orderbut instead hung up on me. Upon doing so my bill ended up being $27, when it should have been less than $20, the delivery chargeis $3.50, but she charged me $7 & instead of asking about a tip she automatically put a $6 tip, so before seeing that I tippedanother $10 in cash. When called to dispute she made sure to manipulate the conversation so her superiors (probably familymembers), believed her word over mine. I ended up having to dispute through the bank en route of filing a fraud affidavit. Totally hated to do all that.\nI do love their food though, so now I ask to say their name and if it\'s her I automatically askfor someone with patience to deal with customers and knows exactly how to handle delivery and to go orders. I also have todouble check the ticket upon arrival to make sure nothing fishy is going on.\nBut if I have another issue I will most definitelygo elsewhere, it\'ll be a sad day, but fool me once, shame in u. Sweet and sour chicken was too hard and too dry to eat and the sweet and sour sauce must have been fresh out of the fridge... because it was cold.
