Bummer. It looked great on the website. I ordered the Star-Crossed Bird with Benvolio\'s chips online, which after tip and taxes... turns into a $18.50 sandwich. I drove over, popped in to grab my grub, and headed back to the office. When I opened the sandwichthe top was burnt, like burnt toast. I ate about half of it and threw the rest away. It was just too hard to bite and the burntflavor distracted from the rest. What gets me is, I know someone at the restaurant had to look at this before wrapping it up fora customer and consciously decide, yep, this is good to go. Plus, when I ordered I included a tip for their effort in makingsaid burnt sandwich. Additionally, on your receipt you can tell the restaurant whether it was a positive experience or negativeexperience and note if it is okay for the restaurant to call you. I checked negative experience, told them why and said sure, itis okay to call. They did not call. Read more
We ordered the Chicken Capulet pizza and a side salad. The pizza is smaller than we expected, which is fine, but it had no... provolone or parmesan that we could taste and there was no basil. It was just a few pieces of chicken on a regular cheese pizza.Looks nothing like advertised. The side Caesar salad was just lettuce, no croutons, no cheese, no other veggies, nothing. Ordered from Uber Eats and it was pretty darn good. Got the chicken parm, it was hugeeeee. Everything cooked well. Coulda had... more mozzarella cheese but overall was satisfying! Read more
