Food was great! Our server was attentive & courteous. I had the the Buffalo ranch wrap. I accidentally left the other half.
Food was good. When it was right. Only top layer of nachos had toppings. Limes were YELLOWED and BROWN. Spicy garlic tacos were... not made with the correct sauce. When I told the waiter, he argued with me. Saying it wasn't too spicy because it was what Iordered. Server was just not friendly, no smile, and took forever. With LOTS of empty tables. As you can see, I took one bite,spoke with server. Never even offered a manager, refund, only a replacement (but it would be same since my order was correct!)And still paid over 100 bucks. Read more
I went to a different location recently and remembered that their chicken tenders were the best I?ve ever had, the fries as... well. So I went out of my way to order from this location and go pick it up. It was pretty pitiful. The fries are old and dry,the tenders did not appear appetizing at all and taste like grease, and some of them were hardly even the size of a tender. Iwas very disappointed in this experience and don?t plan to return to your location. Kind of made me nervous about otherlocations as well. It was not worth the money that I paid or going out of my way to get it.. was sloppy and low quality. You?rebetter off going to McDonald?s. Read more
Part of my order was missing. When trying to call they keep you waiting in an automated system and nobody gets the calls.... Sometimes I?ve received fries not fully fried, other very dry and ?old? (like they have been sitting for a while). Not to tellthat customer service is poor. I know this chain from other cities and it?s very good. Particularly in the state ofPennsylvania. My bad to have returned to the South Austin location. I do not recommend this restaurant. Read more
Our waitress name Angel was very nice and friendly and with a smile and checked up on us , and Greeted and thanked us and made... sure we were taken care of. Excellent waitress. The food is always delicious here, especially the wings. The hamburgers are unique too in their own flavor. The service can be... either good or not so good. They treat you nice but they don't come to your table as often as you think. And it seems like thewant you to stay for a long time because they took over 30 min to bring us the check. And the atmosphere is not so great, I meanyou walk in and there's a bad odor, could be the carpet. The table was dirty when we sat down, and it seems like everyone aroundyou was either in a bad mood or too happy and loud. But I would only eat here for the food. Read more
