I enjoy this location, Super convenient an always clean. I wish the playground was open to take my kids too.
I normally would 5 star this store, I tend to grab a fast Whopper while working across the street. However the last couple of... visits have been disappointing burger and side where cold, and rather old. Maybe change of staffing, But since it has been mylocal favorite and only had trouble recently I plan on giving it one more try before giving up and moving on. Read more
Specific Burger King is kind of nasty like you walk in and it has a strange smell and it's usually dead to the world. Like... there's nobody in there all the time I go and since there's nobody in there it's awfully messy for being slow as hell. And thestaff they don't have a sensor when it comes to talking like you can hear all their conversations on the dining room andsometimes they're really inappropriate and loud. And personal to be honest. They don't take pride in there and their job, I hadordered a Whopper meal and for it being like $13. They gave me a can Coke that was hot, just one little Coke when you know itwas supposed to be a large..... disappointed that's the whole reason why I went in there and then it's like they served me coldfries that were refried again and then the hamburger was so sloppy because I had put so much mayonnaise on it but it was neverfunny everything was falling out of it. I also asked for no tomatoes and there was tomatoes on it. When I went back to tell themthey pretty much acted like they didn't speak English. It was crazy cuz I knew that they did but it was a lady that took myorder. And she said that she didn't really understand. Oh and by the way the fountain machine was working so I don't know whythey gave me a Coke in a cab. Read more

Service was terrible. I ordered an original chicken sandwich- plain with cheese only. The lady taking the order didn't seem very... interested in her job. Got my order and the sandwich had mayo and lettuce on it. Sent it back and told them cheese only. Got thesandwich and it just had lettuce in it. Seriously!? I guess at Burger King you can't have it your way. This seems to bea trendat BK all over. Not going back. If you don't like your job, get another one. There's plenty out there. Read more
We visited Burger King today on Slaughter Lane. The manager, Marco, despite almost being alone in the restaurant, made sure our... family had all the food ordered (which tasted delicious by the way!) His customer service was superb and he went above andbeyond any manager at any Burger King we have been too. This is definitely a Burger King we will come back to and one we cangenuinely recommend! Google & their sign on the window shows they close at 11pm today. We pull up through the drive they at 10:48pm and no one is... responding. We go on the side of the building to try and see if anyone is in there and instead of helping us out, they see usand turn off the lights. Even turn off the lights at the drive thru. We pulled up in time to order something. I understand theywant to go home but people who work late hours need to eat too. Ijs. Read more
Consistently bad food from here until we were finally served a raw burger. How does that even happen? Everything is on timers!... Then the manager said they can't do refunds so they would have to give us cash and it would come out of their paycheck, like hewas trying to guilt trip us into not taking it. Read more
