Really good food, unique menu. Waiters are fine, no qualms anywhere. Often they will have unique menus. A little expensive but... not too horrible. I really like the variety on the menu while not having too many options. Read more

Delicious food, friendly service and a really surprisingly pleasing ambience for the strip mall location, felt like being... transported. We were there early, very few people so quiet and peaceful. Maybe the best mussels I've ever had, everything wasgood. It's a really long way from where we live but we will go again when we have the chance. Read more

Hidden gem! The food was authentic, well portioned out, flavorful, and all dishes (if not mistaken) are homemade. The price for... lunch was affordable considering the quality of the food was that of a $$$ restaurant. Our waiter was friendly, communicatedwell, and knew the menu. You know a restaurant is good when new customers coming in say, “they’ve heard great things aboutthis place.” You must try the GNOCCHI BLEU!!! You will melt for it :) Read more

Such a hidden gem. Located in a strip mall but takes you to Europe when you walk in. Menu surprised me with classics and flavor... combos. Enjoyed the peach, goat cheese arugula salad with the PEI mussels as my main. Excellent quality and would order again.Dined at the bar, abut the tables had nice white tablecloths although the atmosphere was no fuss. Might be a new neighborhoodfavorite. Read more

This is one of my favorite Austin restaurants, of which there are so many. It's at an unassuming location in a strip center,... but the interior is reminiscent of Europe. Intimate and welcoming. The menu is small and enticing. Everything is tasty; youcan't go wrong with any selection. The service is highly personalized and efficient. It's just a lovely experience. Try themussels! Read more

Pros: Good food. Medium/smallish portions, but still very satisfying and filling. Good flavor. I got the snapper on couscous... with local vegetables. It had a nice sauce on top and delicious spices. I enjoy some meals and the flavors that I've had fromPappadeux and some other high end seafood places better, but this meal was very decent and the place is more relaxed andinformal. Cheaper than higher end restaurants too. Had a cappuccino with my meal, which was delicious. And had lavender cremebrulee for dessert - very nice and hit my sweet spot. My friends had the lamb ragu pasta, which looked very good and flavorfulas well. Our waiter was also very nice and happy. Cons: The restaurant was very warm inside. Felt like 78 or 80 degrees. Toowarm. And the food took a long time to come out. We were there a total of 2 hours and spent probably half the time waiting (andchatting). Read more

For a cafe located in a strip mall, this restaurant has an unexpectedly cozy and faintly European ambience due to the light... fixtures and decor. This created a great, "hole in the wall" vibe. The price point was very reasonable and affordable whencompared to the quality of the food. I ordered the Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop and my dinner companion ordered the Bistro(grilled marinated hanger steak.) Both dishes were good and the vegetable saute was exceptional. For dessert, we ordered theBasil Panna Cotta with Strawberry which was flavorful and fresh. The Apple Crumble is an easy crowd pleaser and was flaky andfood. It took a while to get the check or drink refills but this is understandable due to the server shortage. Not pictured, wealso enjoyed some excellent decaf latte which can be attributed to the expresso machine at the bar. The I can Explain Everything( limoncello, cachaça, sweet lemon juice and prosecco) was delicious and dangerously strong. I'll definitely be heading backagain! Read more
