I love this place! I decided to come to town looking for a Thanksgiving meal. I did a search online and found your place. I... don't normally like cranberry sauce but this was out of this world. It was the perfect combination of sour and sweet. Thebartender suggested a French Rose and it was the perfect paring. The turkey was tender and delicious and the gravy was a greatmatch for the stuffing and potatoes. The seasonings in the dressing were so fresh and tasty. I savored every bite of everything.And of course I finished it off with an incredible flourless chocolate cake a glass of Port. Read more

Hands dpwn one of the best steaks I have ever had. Not just saying that because my wife works at the Lantana Nails, but hands... down one of the best. The environment and drinks are pretty top notch as well. Read more

Katie was a fantastic server. Food was good, nice variety, including gluten-free options. Wow! This place is amazing! The French Dip I got and my friends Fried Pork Chop were incredible. Also had the cheese cauliflower... flatbread app and steak toast. The whole thing was fantastic. Hans was a very nice and generous server as well! Read more

Gavin is a terrific manager. However if you have signs all over about your carve lunch for 24.00 it should be great. It was... awful. Salmon,pork,shrimp,and meatloaf cupcakes are all drier than the Sahara desert! The short rib with ancho chili wasactually a tuff fatty grisly beef rib. The food came out cold. Nothing sadder than butter noodles cold and greasy. At this pricepoint the food should be done correctly and served hot. The migas came out after everyone else was half way through their entreeand we had salads. The migas are some weird egg concoction and was not at all good. The corn brulee came out so bruleed it wasburnt. The kaluah dessert tasted like an old sock. The butterscotch dessert was runny. Not like pudding at all. Look the placeis full of ambiance but the excuse about staff and kitchen help is not for places like this. The waiter Joe was a good guy. Thehosts were great and friendly but I went to a butcher centric place for steak and expected great food from the Perry group. Verydisappointed. You can't rest on your laurels. Look it's not about removing food from the bill, it's that the party and timespent having a great meal together is ruined. Read more

We have wanted to try this restaurant for some time now, but our schedules would not allow us. It was worth the wait, the food... was on point, and the experience overall was delightful. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. I would recommend going.Try the ribs!!! Read more

I was going to just let the experience go and enjoy the rest of our evening but I just wanted to leave a review so hopefully the... staff member could do better. My husband and I went to CARVE last night to enjoy a date night. We made reservations and wereseated promptly. The staff at the front were very very nice young ladies and very helpful. When we were seated our waiter cameover and took our drink order. By the time he actually returned to take our order, we had already finished our drinks and theentire container of water he had brought over. After taking our order, we did not see him again for roughly 20 minutes. We hadnothing to drink, could get questions answered couldn’t ask for apps, nothing. Finally another individual brings out our foodand the side dishes are incorrect. We point it out and he tells us that no they are correct and that is what we ordered. He thenwalks away. My husband and I both ordered 22 oz steaks because we like to have leftovers for later. Both ordered them mediumwell. Both of our steaks were practically raw and EXTREMELY fatty. On top of that, we didn’t have any steak knives and weretrying to use butter knives to cut the basically alive animal on the table. About another 10 minutes pass and our waiter who wecould clearly see rolling silverware behind us finally comes over to ask how everything is. We ask about the sides, to FINALLYget more to drink (it’s been about an 35-40 minutes now since we’ve had anything to drink) to get proper knives and aboutthe level of cooked our steak is. He comes back 10 minutes later with water, never asking or topping off our sodas or alcohol.Doesn’t address our steaks and tells us that the crusty potato’s they brought us are in fact their mashed potatoes andsometimes the kitchen staff decides they want them mashed and sometimes they decide they don’t.
