We had a wonderful time enjoying the all you can eat family style dinner. Our server was amazing (Ima I think was her name) very... fun and helpful, telling us what things were good to eat and how to cook the meat and eat it with all the sides. This was my husband's and I's first kbbq experience and Charm exceeded our expectations! Firstly I would like to say our server... John N. Was such a sweet and attentive server. He was so patient explaining the process (and helping us newbies with the grill)and surprised us with his recommendations! If you can splurge a bit I highly recommend the premium all you can eat buffet, everyselection on that menu was *chefs kiss*. Pretty good, first time eating Korean Bbq ever. Beef bulgogi was good chicken and pork shoulder was fine. Spicy baby octopus was... a little to hot for me. Corn side was good cooking on a grill at the table is definitely a experience. Indoor decor has a little bit of a industrial feel. Casual atmosphere for sure. Read more

Hello, today is 12.07.21. My Son took me to Charm, very good experience. Clean, cozy restaurant. Bathroom was clean and well... stocked. Had a new, cool experience-grill/griddle was in the middle of the table. Protein(s), comes out on a platter, nicelyarranged. Side dishes, equally delicious. We had corn, scrambled eggs and sprouts. My wife and I went to this restaurant. We ordered an all-you-can-eat BBQ dinner. The service was ok, and the staff was helpful.... However, when I was having my last dish, octopus, I had a really unpleasant experience. When I was biting the octopus, I feltthe taste was awful. I immediately took the octopus out of my mouth. I found some disgusting dark green fluid flowing out of theoctopus. I told the waiter about this, and the waiter took the octopus to the boss. The boss said there is nothing they could doabout the octopus. I suspect the dark green fluid was the intestines, and this restaurant did not clean the intestinesproperly. Given the disgusting experience, I am NEVER going to this BBQ place again. I have grave concern over the food hygieneof this place. Read more
