Employees are very kind. The manager with light hair looked a bit tired from maybe working a double shift. The food was ready by... the time I made it to my table, so they are keeping it afloat. The restroom stalls apart from the accessible stall are verynarrow. I am quite slim and had trouble not having to hug the walls. They have fancy trash cans, but seem to be short on thenumber of them. Corporate, if you are reading this, send them 2 more trash cans if the regular ones. Also, hire a few morepeople so employees are rested. Read more
Gave our order to the car in front of us. Then remade order only to find out one of the bags was missing the kids chicken... nuggets when we arrived home. Not only was my order messed up but the family in front of us was also disappointed. Need to beasking names and verifying vehicles before giving out orders. Also, the lady handing out orders in the drive thru made noattempt to tell the family ahead of us that their meal was wrong. She easily had a minute to do so before they drove off. Read more
We come to this location at least once a week. Always love the excellent customer service and very welcoming staffs at this... location but today our experience was very disappointing. The staffs weren?t welcoming at all the lady who took our order at thedrive through barely wanted to talk to us or even walk towards to our car and when I told her thank you after giving our orders, she didn?t even respond back to me and same thing with cashier lady seemed like they just wanted to get rid of you . Our frieswere all cold and mostly in small pieces and chicken sandwiches weren?t warm ? ( it was 2 pm ) so I don?t understand why ?! I?m only writing this review because chick fil A always been one of our favorite fast food chains because of their outstandingcustomer service and amazing hot fresh meals. Please don?t change! Nov2022:5?: I visited this location today in the evening before going back to work. I enjoyed the speed and accuracy of the... ordering process. The personnel working to complete my order were efficient in getting out within two or three minutes ofplacing my order at the counter. The worker who took my order was very professional, courteous, and capable. The restaurantappeared to be clean even though there were people eating inside the restaurant at the time. Read more
