It?s fusion. Although it was good (not great), I prefer traditional Korean cuisine. Kimchi was pretty good, but I?m not into... ?kimchi fries?. While I appreciate the custom bowl, I came to realize, I?m not into fusion. I?m sure some peeps may like it. Not my thing, but try it. Staff was friendly and courteous and the place was clean. Fair prices. Read more

One of my favorite places to grab quick lunch on east riverside. Their bowls are fantastic and I find I enjoy them much better... compared to other restaurants. They have a bunch of dedicated parking spots inside the garage, so it?s easy to park here Read more

I really missed all the great Korean food back home, so was looking forward to this Korean BBQ inspired chain. I ordered their... specialty, Kimchi Fries which they list as a 'Texas Favorite' and the home of the original kimchi fries. So like, I guess theyclaim to have invented these. Maybe they did. When it came out everything looked okay, but the taste, it's just, um, okay, let's start with the beef. It was tough and cold and flavorless.. I expect Kimchi fries to have a little bite to them, there wasno bite. The whole thing just didn't taste good. I'm sorry, but it was just bad. I see lots of people love this place, so maybeit was just a fluke or a bad day. The staff are the only reason this didn't get a 1 star from me. They were super friendly andnice. Read more

This will unfortunately be my last visit to Chi?Lantro. This place used to be my neighborhood go-to for any meal. The staff has... gotten progressively less communicative, in some cases with limited English, and this time there were somehow at least 8 peoplebehind the counter. Still, my burrito took about 8 minutes to be finished and wrapped because there was no communication behindthe counter. My egg was overdone because someone left it alone to do another task. Even after paying, we stood there watching myunwrapped burrito being ignored on the line because no one took the initiative to finish it. It?s a managerial mess. They alsoeliminated the neighborhood discount for local residents. I might expect this from a lower end spot, but for a $20 burrito,I?ll spend my money elsewhere. Sorry guys. Read more

It?s like Chipotle for Korean BBQ. We ordered and tried ALL the sauces? it was a bit much. One sauce would suffice. Would eat... here again Read more
