While checking what's around Bat City Gelato, Chi'Lantro caught our eyes and we decided to try it out. I was not sure exactly... what to expect but I have to admit, the food that we got were pretty darn good. For people who have not tried this place, it islike Chipotle or Freebirds, only Korean instead of Mexican. You can order either Bowl or SAÄM (Burrito), adding protein,veggies, toppings and finally sauce. I ordered Bowl with marinated tofu, Jasmine rice, caramelized kimchi, loaded with differentveggies adding salsa roja and was very tasty. In addition, we also got an order of Kimchi Fries and it was fabulous. This mighthave been the first time trying Chi'Lantro but I am sure it won't be the last time. Decent fast food Korean bbq joint near the intersection of Parmer & McNeal. Their signature dish is kimchi fries, available... with beef, pork, chicken, or tofu. Tasty & quick. Worth a try if you're in the area and hungry. Read more
This is always a fun place! I love the Asian fusion style where I can get a bowl and French fries. I didn?t go crazy on the... fired but you can build the toppings just like a bowl. Chi?Lantro on Parmer and McNeil is a great location for this Korean fusion restaurant, think Chipotle with some fresh Korean... flavors. I love their bowls and the kimchi fries are what the restaurant is known for. Got the queso this time on my bowl whichwas great. Most of the staff were friendly except the guy at the register who was mad that I kept coming back for utensils andnapkins when he hadn?t given them to us at the start. I?ll be back to Chi?Lantro!! First timers. I was impressed by the flavors of the kimchi fries and the many choices for their bowls. We showed up on a weekday... around 6, not too busy yet but steady. I recommend anyone looking for something different try this spin on bbq. Employees werefriendly and helpful. Read more
I've been obsessed with chilantro sin the first time I tried it. Amazing food and amazing service. Everyone who works there is... super nice and friendly.
