Got the pork bowl for about 15 bucks, the staff was nice and filled my bowl! Well worth the price and flavor is pretty good. The... spice level is disappointing though. I got the spiciest sauce and it wasn't spicy sadly. Overall decent taste and great portionsfor the price. I recommend you go here for lunch and stay clear of the poke place next door. Read more

I've been to several Chilantro locations but for some reason this location's service is sad. This is a new location and close to... me so I have stopped by four times. On my first visit, the staff was clearly new, untrained, and slow. Management didn't step inand just watched as they floundered. My second visit, I walked in and waited for 10 min for someone to acknowledge me. Thethird, they were clearly understaffed and they were focused on online orders, I just left out the door after waiting for 15 min. This last visit, they were staffed with 5 people and no guests, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately nothing was different, newstaff working the line while the rest just stood around. No management insight. The lack of training is obvious. Staff don'tknow the menu or how to roll a burrito. As much as I love having Chilantro near by, this location just doesn't have the staff ormanagement to deliver a quality experience. Read more

The food is excellent and they would get five stars from me except they prioritize online orders over walk-in patrons. They... haven't figured out how to prioritize the individual that's standing in front of them. So you're better off ordering it onlineand picking it up than dropping buy to make an order. For example I stopped in to make an order to go and left without evenmaking an order because they were too busy dealing with online orders. They just couldn't take a walk-ins order without makingthem wait until they finished somebody else's that wasn't even there. They should have one crew handling online orders andanother crew handling for customers in person. But they don't seem to have their act together. Read more

So happy this place is open! My wife and I catered Chi?Lantro for our wedding, so we are obviously fans. Recently opened, so it... was definitely slammed with orders, but was still able to get our food quickly. Always loved the customization options and thedifferent greens, sauces, proteins, etc. that are available. Read more

My first visit was good, ordered a rice bowl. The staff was attentive and kind. I returned again to order a bowl last night... to-go. Unfortunately the rice was undercooked, essentially crunchy and not edible. I was a little disappointed. Hopefully theyare working out some of the grand opening inconsistencies. I?ll be back to give them another try. Read more
