It's chili's so it is hit and miss. Food is always good and prices are great. Service is spotty but cannot give servers a hard... time since everyone is short staffed. Read more
Wasn?t too busy when we arrived, however easily would have taken over an hour to get our food if I hadn?t inquired since we were... already approaching 45 mins. We had somewhere to be so opted to take the food to go since ?it?s about to come out? in the wordsof our waiter. Well, he brings it all out, only to say they were out of fries and out of oranges for the kids meals. Instead ofcrediting my card back as I requested, he gave us servings of mashed potatoes and an extra corn on the cob. The corn was cold,like it probably hadn?t been cooked at all today. So I essentially spent $40ish on cold food that is enough to put together andmake into one meal. Oh, let?s not forget he gave us a free kids meal coupon to come back - which is HIGHLY unlikely given theexperience. Researching to reach out to the corporate owner of this location is on my to do list, as this is ridiculous. The food was okay, not the greatest that I've had coming to a chili's. Do not intend on coming back to this location. I saw my... server a total of 2 times without having to flag her down for basic items such as napkins. We ended up having to use the brownones left out from window cleaning. The servers are very unnattentive and forgetful not working for a tip. I consider service astrong aspect of how I judge a restaurant and that's why I'm giving 2 stars. Service was terrible today. Salad was super old brown and soggy onions. Requested sirlion steak well received it super dry... crunchy not okay. Our server looked super overwhelmed. The only good thing was dessert and margarita of the month. Read more

Food was great as usual at a great price for a family of 9 (wife & me + 7 children). Servers were attentive and courteous. We... were just surprised to have been assigned a booth instead of two tables or a bigger seating table, thus the four star. I wouldgo back, the seating is not a big issue. Read more
