Frozen drinks machine always down. They lie to you for the purpose of getting you seated and after they tell you that they just... found out that the machine is down. They did this to me in two consecutive days. They got unprofessional employees withattitude. Would never recomend. Read more

Went to this Chili's on a Saturday night. It wasn't busy at all. But our server rarely showed up to our table. Took almost an... hour to het our orders in, then another hour to get our food. Larger groups who came after us were getting their food before wedid. Our checks were messed up, we had food and drinks from tables that wasn't ours. Food didn't come out hot and there didn'tseem to be any management around to get solutions. When our server went to speak with a "manager" not once did that person cometo our table and allow us to voice our concerns. I expected better for Austin. Read more

Ashley was amazing and attentive. My son and I (5) were sitting in the bar area in a booth and not once did I feel put on the... back burner since we weren?t seated at the bar. Ashley Is the kind of customer service individual you build around. It was oneof the best recess I?ve had to chili?s. I hope this is read by people who can affect change. Read more

Do not bother adding a tip whenever you select curbside, or actually just don?t select curbside because you will end up go in... to get your order. I understand if you cannot get to me if y?all are busy.However, if it?s slow and you?re just standing there.You obviously don?t want to do your job. The lazy associate, Leslie, at the to go window did not bring me my order after Ichecked in and was waiting for 10 minutes. After getting off to get my order she informed me that they were out of one thing andsubstituted it for something else. Within that 10 minute window os waiting she could?ve told me that, and I could?ve changed myorder to something I would?ve wanted instead. Then after I told her I was waiting for the 10 minutes she just told me have agreat day. She obviously didn?t care that my food was just sitting there when she was supposed to take it out to me or care thatI was sitting out there wasting time. I highly recommend Leslie get some extra training on customer service and an explanationon what a curbside order is. Read more

We greeted the moment we arrived and seated immediately. The server was very kind and she was attentive. She checked on us... several times to ensure we were enjoying our meal. My salmon was perfectly done. Since this is a favorite for my brother, wedidn't have many leftovers. Read more

After getting food poisoning at the location in 2020 I hadn't been back. Today I figured I'd give it another try. I ordered... online, selected curbside pickup, and drove to the restaurant. I checked in online like instructed, and waited. And waited. About 15 minutes. Myself and the other folks waiting for their ordered decided to go inside and check on then. My order wasready, just being ignored. Ok, fine, they said they were busy. Annoying, but I can get over it. I get home with my order (3minute drive away) and it's both cold, and totally wrong. Wrong sides, wrong toppings, wrong drink. Bonus annoying fact: Itipped 20% before I arrived, thinking the person would ensure my order was right and package it, and have to bring my foodoutside to my car, which of course deserves a tip. I call the location hoping to talk to a manager to both get my order fixedand let them know that their to go team members obviously need help. The person who answers tells me a manager was available,and would be right with me. So I wait. And wait. More than 5 minutes on hold and no manager picks up. I finally just gave upso I could go microwave the one correct part of my meal. I won't be back to this location, and hope this review helps otherchoose better run restaurants. Read more

We went there at 10pm and the experience was awful. My partner ordered the baked seafood pasta (an $18 entree) and the seafood... was clearly microwaved and smelled foul. I had the chicken quesadilla and the chicken was overcooked and tough. After cominghome I've felt sick for the last 24 hours. Thankfully, we got a refund for her meal but I paid full price for the privilege ofvomiting before going to work. 0/10. Read more
