I ordered a steak burrito here and went through the usual process of choosing rice, beans etc. The steak bin was almost totally... empty and the cook on the grill was making another batch. When the server got to the steak he dug for the 2-3 remaining beefjerky looking steak pieces and put them on my burrito. He then said ?hang on I?ll just grab more steak? but then simply didn?t.He passed the burrito to the next server who never added anything. I then asked if I could have more steak and pointed to thebatch that the cook had just made. She took the burrito with her to the side (not where the steak was) and came back with anappropriate portion of steak. I got a drink as well and payed. I then looked at my receipt and saw that I had gotten charged fordouble steak and my burrito + fountain drink was $16. I didn?t say anything at the time because I was in no mood to argue aboutsteak portions. I sat down and my burrito was a total mess, not a chance of staying together. I ate it and went to grab a spoonfor all the toppings that had fallen out. The spoons/forks/knives were all labeled incorrectly so I touched two of them before Ifound what I was looking for. Well that was the messiest quick serve restaurant I?ve been in a really long time. Nice guys behind the counter, but they seemed... to throw food everywhere. The guy in the kitchen was chatting on his phone so rice wasn?t prepped and ready. Then when he hoppedto it, a half a bottle of lime juice or more was used and the rice is just inedible from it. Didn?t seem like there was amanager on duty and if so, they need retraining. Also, slow down on the cheese and sour cream, way too much by any otherchipotle standard I?ve experienced. Read more
Worst service ever experienced at any chipotle location. Staff very rude and totally disinterested. Had small chips with build... your own. There was no prepackaged available. Staff refused to open a larger bag and fill a small bag with content. Staff alsoinsisted that we got the right number of guacs and that they were in the burrito even though we it wasn?t and we had ordered aside of guacamole for each. All in all very unpleasant and definitely will not be coming back. Read more
This Chipotle has the best Barbacoa and Guacamole I have tried, the staff was polite and friendly, everything was stocked and in... order, bathrooms clean, they even have a patio area in case you want to eat outside, thank you for the great service, I willdefinitely come back and recommend this place. I ordered through the chipotle app for delivery, and an hour and a half after I ordered, I still didn?t have my food. After... exhausting all options through the app and attempting to call, I just showed up to the location hoping it was the correct onebecause the Chipotle app will only show you the location you?re ordering from if it?s for pickup for some reason? Well, aftergoing in and nervously explaining my situation, the woman working yesterday night closing shift 6/16, and two gentlemen weresuper helpful. Especially with an end of the night disaster like that, they apologized, remade the order fresh, hooked it upwith rice, beans, meat and everything pretty much. This is one of the best Chipotle locations in the city. The employees are hella cool and know how to give great portioned bowls... without even asking. I always feel like I get my money's worth at this location. Food is always reasonably fresh and it'susually not ever busy there. I'm also loving the new Agua Frescas that Chipotle is now offering.
