They ran out of chicken!!! had to wait for like 15 mins..then the worker started adding tiny portions of chicken to each order... so that they would have enough for the line of waiting customers.. ended up with a bowl full of rice and beans and like fivesmall chunks of chicken.. never again. People by majority are friendly in Austin. Food is as you expect but for whatever reason the employees seem to not like their... job here. I live next door but I rather take a drive somewhere else where it doesn?t feel like I?m ruining their day for comingin. I never leave reviews. Few months ago I had fruit flies all over the lettuce in my bowl, brushed it off. Then another time I had... a food label in my veggies, which means they're not cleaning produce well. Again brushed it off. Finally last week I got foodpoisoning, which is honestly on me since I knew I shouldn't have tested my luck again. I will never come back to this Chipotle. Read more
Wow I can?t believe these 5 star reviews. Worst customer service I?ve had in quite a while. The girl doing the food looked like... she completely hated her job. When I gave her an order she wouldn?t even talk and just moved her head. Plus her mask left hernose out. All the meat looked completely dried out so I got the pork as it was covered in juice. This Chipotle is amazing. Staff is very friendly. Always have pickup orders ready. Edit: sadly this chipotle has been going... down hill for some time now. Orders are consistently not ready and they keep cycling through new management. The latest batch ofmanagement might be the most stingy chipotle I?ve ever come across. Not only do they consistently get my order wrong. But theyrip you off on portion sizes as well. I?ve weighed out bowls and entered the numbers into spreadsheets and it?s laughable. Table were filthy look like they havent been wiped down all day. ThankfulLy I keep sanitized wipes for these occasions. They... weren't busy when I went so no reason they couldnt have someone wipe them down. The chorizo or what looked to be chorizo wasrather dry like it hadnt been changed out. The pinto beans looked the same wasnt getting either of those items. Read more
Place a order online and order guacamole on my bowl and guacamole with chips.. The guacamole was dark like it been sitting there... all day didn't see any kind of green. Call and complain talk to Steve or Steven he told me thats how they make it and they toldhim to server it like that didnt even offer to replace or money back Read more
I love Chipotle but I?ll never go to this location. Went here with friends and we all got food poisoning. Worst service.
