Fresh cooked Fried Chicken was so delicious ????. Friendly service.
Drive thru is slow AF. The workers here simply just don?t care. Save your money. The churches on Nuckols crossing has there ish... together and way faster, so it?s a little farther away but totally worth the drive. I even ordered online-ahead of time to getit and Nerp order was ready 750 via app and then I get there 750 but don?t leave until 812. The only reason why I stayed is bc Ihad already paid. SMH.oh yeah it was only for 12 PCs of chicken at that not a very complicated order. Read more
This use to be a good place. I'm done trying. They spent $$ renovating but the doors are always locked. I have tried on... various days and hours, always locked. Even as I type this, the door is locked and the website still says dine in is an option. They even posted on their large outdoor sign, after the remodel, "Come in and check out our new dining room". What a joke. Ifyou have a staff shortage take dine in off your website and put up signs stating that. Read more

Terrible staff. I ordered a chicken fried steak, 3 rolls and a sprite. Asked for brown gravy on top. Food was a 3 piece strip... with white gravy and the rolls. I decided to drive the 20 minutes back to the store and just get a refund since by the time Iwould get there it would be near their closing time. The Latina woman at the window was super confrontational from the jump.Like dude, it's not that serious. She swore I had said 3 peice even after admitting that she heard me say chicken fried steak#6. Then said I said I'd have 3 orders (I said I'd have 2 separate orders) When I told her no, I didn't, she just cut me off andsaid I'm not going to argue with you. So I guess it's my fault she can't double task, listen and put in an order. I never gaveher attitude, and this is what I was met with. A miserable disposition and incompetence. She huffed that if I wanted a refundI'd have to give them back the meal. Duh, had she not just started bluthering about how it had been an order she took an hourprior (again I live 20 mins away round trip its 40 mins plus i Had to stop for gas to get back) and that other word vomit shespat I would've just given her the box of food I never asked for. I said ty and she just kinda stared at me when she gave me mymoney back. Seriously. Just say ty back. People like her are why so many companies switch to self check out/ self order and whyso many people just don't want to deal with staff. Do better and teach your staff the term customer service. And keep themiserable ones out of the window, no one should have to deal with whatever low that girl was on. No worries, i won't be back. Read more
3.4 is very accurate. As others have said, very slow, often out of items though it is a very small building but typically the... food is great... Until I tried something new. I'd usually get the Texas sized grande meal which has always been excellent buttoday figured I'd try something new and got the chicken fried steak. Bad choice. I've had tv dinners that were better than thedried out cardboard I received today. As soon as I opened the box meal and took 1 look at it I could tell it wasn't going to bevery good and a couple bites certainly confirmed it. Check your items didn?t get everything ordered. Missing corn a side of gravy and a combo drink aren?t they supposed to check if... a order is complete before sending it out? Now it?s my job to check? So check your items called to see if I could least berefunded for items missing no one answered the phone. Lost money lost time going here. Read more
