Best Cajun food I have had in a minute. The location is quite unassuming and might cause you to doubt the validity of my claim.... However, this restaurant is truly a 5star experience. From the moment we walked into the door until we left feeling satiated andhappy. Try the chocolate pecan pie. And anything stuffed with crawfish in their white sauce. The étouffée was yummy too. The photo was after we were full. The food was delicious. Jambalaya, étouffée, catfish, fried okra all were amazing. Cole... slaw not so much, it had bell peppers in it and that's all I could taste. The boudin balls tasted great, but I think the batteron them was too thick and or crispy. This place has a nice atmosphere with some jazzy, ragtime, zydeco music playing in thebackground. We had wine this time but it looks like they have a decent extensive cocktail menu. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Really exceptional food. My waiter was very helpful, enthusiastic, and even did half orders... of multiple meals so I could try different things. Cypress Grill filled was the Cajun craving I had. Great food! The boudin balls were slightly over cooked but the main course was... delicious so I keeps its 5 stars.
