Everyone knows Denny's. It's a great place for breakfast and an okay place for lunch and dinner. But I wanted to really brag on... how they treat veterans. They have a free breakfast for them on Veterans Day. A group of friends I was with that were veteranswent there. We could all afford our own breakfast but we're honored by Denny's offering the free breakfast and treating us sowell. The service we had Veterans Day morning was outstanding. I'll go to Denny's often for breakfast to show them myappreciation. Read more
Have tried to go in for dinner with my wife twice in the past two weeks and the dining room has been closed both times. If you... do manage to get a seat the staff is absolute garbage and you'll be lucky if they stop by to give you a refill. Please doyourself a massive favor and take your business elsewhere, you'll be glad you did. Read more
The WORST customer experience! They said there was a 20 minute wait time and after 40 minutes we finally got called in the... restaurant and inside we waited 15 minutes more. Thwre were ao many empty tables that it didnt make sense! Then we ordered foodand after 40 minutes we got it COLD and no cutlery! We never heard an apology or even saw a smile and a couple of dishes theydid not send what we asked for. The man at the cashier was rude same as our server. I will never come back to this restaurant,too bad because we had a great experience at another Denny's location. Read more
My sister's came in to town and we met there at Denny's, to our surprise there was Santa.. Like he looked just like Santa, he... had us laughing and other kids came up to him and took pictures. The wait was long but they were super friendly and our waiters!Let me rave a be out him! He got our entire order without having to write it down and we were a party of 8, he was verytentative to our table and an overall awesome waiter. Thank y'all for an amazing experience with y'all! Stopped in for a quick lunch with my husband. The service was great very friendly host sat us and our waitress was super nice.... Food came out fast, was hot and delicious. I used the wo.ens bathroom while there, it was clean and smelled good. Veryimpressed!! Definitely will be my go to Denny's in Austin. We were there on 9/2 at 3-330pm. Read more
Walked in and there was a customer who saw the cook pick up her pancakes off the plate with bare hands and put them in a to-go... box. She was very upset and wanted a refund. The young man trying to help her said they'd refund her the next day. He looked atme and told me I could sit anywhere and 10 minutes after I grabbed a seat and when he was done talking to a server about whathappened he brought me a menu. I ordered quickly and because they weren't busy the food came fast. I ate without being checkedon, given more water, or being brought the check. I went to the counter and paid. I didn't tip and that young man was clearlyannoyed because of the tone in his voice when he said, "thanks". I won't eat here again unless I'm starving. Read more
Good customer service. Our wait time was about 30min, which was not bad considering they were low staffed. Food was good and... served as asked. Restrooms could of been a bit better, But not as bad. Read more
My brother took me here for my Thanksgiving celebration with him and I must say The wait staff were awesome The food was hot and... I couldn't ask for anything because I was always kept full of drinks and napkins . The atmosphere was clean. The music thatplayed in the background was soft and pleasant but not holidayish and definitely plan on going back. Read more
