Food was good but service was not. The moment we walked in we were told that for parties of 5 or more are REQUIRED to leave a... 20% tip, and this was said loud and clear for everyone in restaurant to hear it, which made us feel uncomfortable. We had noproblem leaving tip we always tip or servers good, but then other parties larger than us kept coming in yet I heard no onetelling them about their "tip policy". Which made us feel profile. We address it with the manager who told us when we enterabout the tip policy why she didn't to tell the other parties and she just made up excuses. I am never coming to this placewhere I feel uncomfortable and profile. Read more

That's the day I went to this Denny's and the manager took my tip without my permission and then I asked him why he was doing... that and he said because they made $2 an hour and then he said next time I go to that place they were not going to attend to methe truth I would like to communicate with the owner of denny's and that this message reaches him they treated me and my wifebadly for no reason Read more

Absolutely horrible in terms of food preparation and delivery. This is the second order placed with this store and they just... can't seem to get it right. The first order was incorrect. Today's order placed at 9:30am...11:21 am no food. Contacted thestore, spoke with a surly, rude manager who blamed the disconnect on Doordash. These folks (in this store) bring nothing to theDenny's brand with the exception of Incompetence, rudeness, and inefficiency. Dennys has redeemed themselves, by far the best customer service I have had in a long time period, will definitely return. Food... was great, service was quick, and staff very professional, would give 6 stars if I could. Read more

The front desk is very rude they do not wish to seat you if they're even in the slightest bit busy or if their servers are "... catching up ". They had multiple open seats, but refused to seat anyone without a 40 minute wait. Will never come to thislocation again. Read more

Unfortunately this Dennys location needs some help with staffing and and especially management. After we finally got waited on,... the food came out plate by plate, with one not receiving their food at all. They finally cooked it and brought it out (notcorrect) after everyone had almost finished eating their meals. It was sent back. Others food was not good and cold, but knewnot to send it back as we had waited so long to get what we ordered. We asked three times for tea refills and each time the waitstaff acted like they did not hear us and was never refilled. At times you never saw any staff. The manager was way to busy onhis cell phone to help his staff with assistance or provide any customer service. Management made no attempt to ask us aboutour service, never apologized for an order not coming out, or offer any type of compensation for the poor food quality. It willbe a long time before I visit this Dennys again. Read more
