We ordered a pizza 45-40 minutes before they closed. We talked to someone in the store and they said it would be here in 15-20... minutes. We called 40 minutes after we ordered and they said they had no order and were closed. Never again. Thank you. Read more
Prices for large pizzas increased $5 (Edit) still impossible to order. Left on hold 30 minutes after making a order because... technical difficulties?? Makes no sense. Impossible to know what the store hours are anymore. Last 3 times i have called iplace my entire order with someone off location that is hard to understand, and then get told the store is actually closed.Never felt like i had to try so hard to make a order to a pizza store. Wont be calling back. The last time i did manage to get aorder in at this location i was ignored for 10 minutes at the register during pickup. While the 3 employees slowly walked aroundthe store with only one of them working in between conversation. Made eye contact many times and only got eye rolls and ignored.Was then double charged for parmesan because the lady couldnt read the receipt properly. None of that is worth a pizza. Read more
I have been using this location for over a year now and they are always prompt, timely, and courteous when ever we use them. My... order went missing and Carlos handled the situation with professionalism giving his employees the benefit of the doubt, and timeto compile all of the facts. He handled the situation flawlessly and I appreciate the continued professionalism and serviceprovided by this location.
