From all the times I ordered from this Dominos, I have experienced one issue - a later than expected delivery which can be... pretty common because of where my complex is situated. Otherwise, the drivers know the complex really well and I appreciate itbecause people get lost all the time even when I provide turn by turn directions. I have a gluten allergy and fortunately I havenever had an issue with their crusts/pizzas. Although there may be hiccups along the road, they try their best to be consistentand courteous. Read more

This Dominos location on Parmer _does not answer the phone_ anymore. Placed an order for delivery and there is no response or... update from the app, from the website, or the location. They leave 'delivery' on, but I don't think they have any deliverydrivers. Time from "Order" to "Prep" - 5 minutes Time from "Prep" to "Baking" - 65 minutes Time from "Out of the Oven" todelivered was 10 minutes, we live about 4 blocks away so this was normal-ish. The 'Large' delivered pizza was smaller than thelast time we ordered ( inflation, I assume ) but it was hot. Garlic twists were hot and chewy. Just, don't order from here. There's something very, very, very wrong at this location and the Corporate Dominos office will need to figure it out. I haven?t been back to this location due to poor service. I thought we would give it one more try. Mistake. Service is still... very slow and the explanation was that the store has no affiliation with the app. The same app that informed me my pizza wasboxed up and ready to go. After placing our order, we waited about 35 minutes. Needless to say, I?ve permanently written offthis location. Read more

One of the absolute worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Deserves negative stars. About 7 weeks ago I ordered a... pizza and when I got my final charge from PayPal it was more than I had authorized. I called the store and they told me theywere unable to explain the discrepancy but they were going to refund the order. I ordered again a few days later and the samething happened except the discrepancy was greater this time and thinking that it seemed fishy that this was going on, I decidedto call corporate rather than the direct store. I was told that I could not be helped through corporate because this was afranchise location and that I would have to work directly with the store, they told me they would pass on my information.Several days went by and I hadn't heard anything from the store so I called back to corporate again. I spoke to the sameindividual who reiterated they could do nothing for me and told me he had previously passed on the information. Fast forward totoday. Someone called me out of the blue telling me they were the new general manager of this store and had come across myconcern from several weeks ago. He told me in the course of our conversation that he was going to refund the amount from thelast charge where there was a discrepancy but he was having trouble with the system and said he needed to call someone in orderto help process it. The general manager called back about 10 minutes later and told me they were having system issues but thathe had gotten authorization to give me a cash refund and that he wanted to also bring a pizza when he sent a driver to bring thecash refund. I told him he didn't need to go to the trouble but he insisted. We agreed that a pizza and my refund would bebrought to me at 5:30 pm. First of all they delayed my pizza, later they did not put the toppings correctly. If I had not checked I would have never known... until I go home and open the box. The 1606 Parmer place was closed at 830 pm which is closer to my place, but because we likeDomino's we went ahead and gave the order to 1700 Parmer road's place which is easy 4 miles from my home. This 5 star review is for the local manager, Jonathan. The store was swamped with orders and insanely understaffed. Jonathan was... really the main person keeping the ship from sinking and he did it with firm, kindhearted, but focused leadership. I applaud hisefforts. Domino's, please do what is necessary to keep people like Jonathan around and compensate him and the rest of youremployees fairly so that you can adequately staff this location! Read more

Got 1/4 through my pizza and found this! Manager said it could be a spinach fiber. No sir that is definitely hair. I asked for a... refund but the manager denied it offered to send another, no thank you i dont eat hair. Please guys examine your pie before youstart eating it whoever is making these pizzas here need to start wearing a hair net or something. Read more
