The caller took my order 3 times and still didn't get it right, but he said that it was my fault, then charge me for 5 toping... and gave me 4 toping, end of story. he said that he was done with me after I paid for the order. Basically non-verbal hisexpression. Get out of my restaurant. Read more

We ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken side they were not delivered to our door. The person there and the deliver guy were not very... helpful or even willing to make our order. It is pouring and we searched where the deliverer told us he might have placed itand we got wet trying to find our order but no luck at all. The store doesn?t close till 12 but even though we arrived beforeclosing time just a few minutes after the delivery they were not willing to make our order nor did they pick up the phone. Read more

Last time I ordered delivery I was quoted 40 minutes. It took over 90 minutes. The pizza was really old and cold. The delivery... person had terrible BO. The time before that I waited over an hour just to be called and told they cancelled my order becausethe didn't have a driver. A full hour after the fact! This place is a wreck. It is only this location that I have problemswith. Just go somewhere else. Read more

I was out and was hungry so me and my husband decided to order online with car side delivery. One of our pizza was cold and the... other one was warm not hot.It looked like they only had 2 employees but it is not fair that when you order and you get itcold. We ordered Handmade pan Pacific Veg and Hand Tossed Pacific Veg but we changed our base sauce to Garlic Parmesan andAlfredo. Ordered delivery from them last month and my completed order sat in their store for over an hour. Had to call them and cancel... the order for a refund. Decided to try again today and over an hour has passed and they have not even made the order. They arenot even answering their phone so I can find out what's going on, or try to get a refund. Never had any problems with thembefore these last two times, but never going to order from them again. Read more

We placed an online order. The order took an hour to deliver and based on the tracker left the store almost 30 minutes before... we got it. All of it was cold and the pizza was the entirely wrong order. We called for a replacement and was told it wouldbe about 15 minutes. 40 minutes after that I tried to call. The store would answer briefly and then place the call back onhold. I finally called from my son?s phone and they almost immediately answered. I was told they didn?t know how to ring inthe order and the replacement was never ordered. I then spoke to the manager who assured me he had a driver and could deliverin 15 minutes. He then called me back 5 minutes later and said he didn?t have a driver and that he didn?t know that it wouldtake 15 minutes to even cook the replacement. End result-no dinner for us. This was horrible customer service andmanagement. We will never order from them again. Read more

I did curbside delivery at this Domino?s and got there early and checked in. Tyler came out to greet me to update me on my order... since I had checked in early. There was a problem with my pizza and had to be remade, Tyler updated me right away and had greatcustomer service the entire time. Tyler and the team did a great job to turn an error into a great customer service experience.Thank you! Read more
