Awful service! I had a party for my daughter at Playland Skate Center on Saturday 11/05 from 1-3 pm. Called Dominos on that... Thursday before to place my order talked to an employee give my information and everything let them know I needed the pizzas by1:45 that Saturday told everything was good to go and to call on that day to make the payment. Fast forward to day of theparty, called around 10 am to give my payment and remind them I needed the delivery by 1:45 was told no problem once again. Fastforward again to around 1:50, no delivery, 2pm no delivery, called and was told the driver is pulling up now. 2:15 still nodelivery, finally around 2:34 the driver delivers the pizzas with an attitude and the pizzas were cold. Had to rush everyone toeat so we could pack up by 3:00. Called Dominos after the party to complain and spoke to the rudest store manager who refused togive me his name. Called today 11/08 and spoke to the assistant manager Lane who didn't even work on Saturday apologized andexplained to me what may have happened and was the sweetest to call back to speak with the General manager. This is the worstexperience I've ever had and i will be calling on Thursday. Read more
Ordered online well before they closed. Took almost an hour for the pizza to be listed as "delivered." It was never delivered.... They basically stole $20 from me. Can't recommend. Read more
Absolute failure on tonight's visit. Both pizzas burnt. Barely any sauce, cheese, or toppings. Pizzas poorly cut and just... thrown in the box. Went back and the "manager" said all he could do was bake them again. He refused to provide a refund andsaid I'd have to come back to see the general manager. He wouldn't supply the general manager's name nor would he give me hisname. Pics below. Read more
Horrible. Ordered pizza with an estimated delivery of 6pm. Never progressed through the ?pizza tracker? online so I kept... calling. No one answered at all. By 9pm I go get something else for dinner. Guy drops off a burnt cold pizza on my frontdoorstep at 11. Call the next day and the guy tells me, ?Can?t refund because you accepted it.? Read more

Out of all the huge pizza chains, in my opinion Dominos is king. Back in the day they used to be awful, but ever since they... revamped their ingredients that changed. I think their garlic butter crust is delicious. They give a good amount of sauce towhere the pizza is made perfectly every time. I really recommend getting some marinara sauce to dip your crust in to make iteven better. I would have given them 5 stars, however for some reason they changed up the recipe for the ?Parmesan Bread Bites?and they aren?t as good as they used to be. The pizza though which is more important is super tasty. Always go with pepperoni,mushroom and jalapeño! What makes dominos even better is they have online coupons which really make for some affordable pizza! Read more
If I click no on the extra cheese. Why is there 2 inches of cheese on the pizza. The poor thing can?t even bake all the way... through. That?s 4/5 of the last orders that were undercooked in the middle due to the pound of cheese on the pizza. Used to bemy fav pizza?.. Third pic is another failure from before.
