The manager Lauren (male,deep voice) was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL after I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get information on my... order. He was rude and would NOT listen to the situation. He said "calm down do you want your order or not" after I told him toleave the attitude at home he continued to say "his attitude doesn't matter" I think it does and I also think Domino's wouldn'tbe happy with this information coming from a consistent looonngg time customer. Pizza was great, no complaints flavor wise but they got the order wrong and they took forever to make them and they made the... wrong pizza. I would still come back but I'll give them extra 20 minutes from the time they say the order is ready. Read more
An exceeding long wait time even though my food was ready when I arrived. I expected curbside delivery but that didn't happen... after about 30min waiting in my car. I go inside and literally see my order on the shelf (it has the right amount of boxes). Iask, they tell me I need to wait so I assume it was someone else's order. Long story short and another 30min after that I go inand they hand me the same boxes I saw when I walked in. Really? How did no one realized that order had been completed or that itwas mine? There were receipts in the managers hands.... Like seriously, I understand they are understaffed but come onman. Also, when a customer inquired about the long wait time the store owner/manager immediately made it into a shouting matchthat went on for way too long. Get it together people. Read more
I have never had problems with ths domino's. My pizza is always ready and the app tracker is very reliable. I live right down... the street and pick up often from this location the staff is also professional and I've never had an issue???? Read more
Ordered online for curbside pickup to satisfy a late night craving. The store looked dead inside and there were only 2 guys... working. Somehow my pizza still came out looking like trash - the cut was sloppy (my large pizza was 6 uneven slices), there wasway too much cheese, and the crust wasn't Brooklyn style like I requested. I waited 1 1/2 hours for the driver. He showed up outside my apartment and didn't deliver the pizza and drove away. I had to... drive down to the store because their phone wasn't working and now I'm in a parking lot waiting for my pizza. the staff was doneapologetic and quite rude. in fact nobody would admit to being the one that did that to me. Avoid the Dominos location 1931 EOltorf. Horrible service, terrible management. Read more
Not sure what is going on with Domino's pizza, waited like 2 hrs to find out they don't have enough drivers. That's fine they... could have called me. That way I not waiting for a Phantom pizza. If they are struggling that bad maybe they need to hire thirdparty delivery drivers or stop promising deliveries. Read more
I would just like to say how absolutely dishonest this location is. Dominos has their ?if we don?t bring your pizza out in 3... minutes you?ll get a free pizza? thing, I show up 1 minute past the allotted time shown on the app, which was 25 minutes after Iplaced my order, sit there after confirming for 10 minutes, they stopped their timer with 47 seconds left and continued to makeme wait in my car for almost 10, then bring me my food missing half my items and drinks, and then the manager comes out and says?well the delivery time goes based off the app so there?s nothing we can do I?m sorry have a great night?. To top that off I gethome and my pan pizza is burnt, my Alfredo is stiff and cooled down, and my lava cakes are burnt on the bottom and hard as arock. Definitely will be find other options or going a little farther to try and find a better location. Read more
