I am giving you 1 star as a rating business/staff. I did not appreciate you left 2 boxes of pizza and boneless chicken on the... ground of my front door at night like 8:25 pm around during cold weather last Monday - I was nice to ask you to call or textmessage when driver delivery me. I did not ask for sauce, but you already put sauce on boneless chicken - I am not happy camper.I will never order at this store again. I prefer to make a homemade pizza to save my money. Do NOT order here. I placed an online order at 6:26pm. At about 7:00pm, the driver was at my apartment complex, drove away and... marked as delivered. I didn?t receive it. I called the store, he answered and hung up on me. Time went on and we didn?t see ourfood, we called the store a total of about 6 times, and each time, he hung up on us and refused to help us or refund us. Weended up ordering Marco?s which arrived quickly and fresh. At 8:45pm Dominos showed up with a cold, greasy, pizza with slicessticking to the box. We threw away the pizza. To the guy who hung up on us multiple times refusing to help us: you areunprofessional, and customer service is NOT the job for you. Being understaffed is not an excuse to rob people of money and tobe rude. Dominos just lost a long time customer. Read more

Ordered my pizza they quoted 37 to 47 minutes. It took over 3 hours. Placed my order at 737. It was in quality check at 748. It... is now 942 and it out for delivery and will be another 30. (Did not receive until 10:20) Been calling the store to cancel andget a refund, but they keep hanging up on me. When we finally got the pizza the box was crushed you can tell how long it hadbeen sitting by the grease that had accumulated at the bottom, It was ice cold. When the driver arrived I told we tried to calland cancel, but we kept getting hung up on and he said, ?well, I can take it back now.? We decided to try it. Kid ate a piece, Iate 2, we both ate 1 chocolate dessert & both woke up sick in the middle of the night. Tried calling again this morning, butthey still refuse to take calls. What's wrong with you 1 star people? I work in the food industry myself and just like everywhere else staffing issues are a big... issue. Don't you realize that your pizza may be taking a while because they're busy or you've gone to the store 20x but thistime something was wrong. That gives you a reason to leave a 1 star review? I'm sorry but that's some B.S. This store hasmessed up my order before and had taken a long time sometimes but I still go there to support them. Bottom line is if all youdo is complain about a place then stop going. Keep it up Domino's @ Nuckols. I see y'all work hard and that is muchappreciated. Read more

Picked up three pizzas. One of them was raw in the center. It was extremely soggy as I was trying to take it out of the box,... that's when I realized how soft the dough was. I started poking it and taking the pizza apart and it was completely raw in thecenter. I'm really easy when it comes to pizza. If I end up with pepperoni instead of sausage that's fine. BUT IT HAS TO BECOOKED! Not only is it gross it's very unsafe. My wife called to let them know, and spoke to someone who 1. Refused to believethat we had a raw Pizza. 2. Told her that "She could have got those pictures off the internet" when she said she could send himpictures of it. 3. Said he was "to busy for this" 4. Hung up on her. I took the pizza back to show them in person how raw thepizza was. They refunded my money, and have no idea who might have said any of those things to my wife on the phone. Noidea. Ordered for pickup a pasta, salad, a couple of drinks and garlic butter. Drove up and person at window had no "greeting" other... than "name". Gave him my name and he disappeared. A minute or so later he showed up at the window with my order and not oneword. All he did was hand me my order and as soon as the last bag was in my hand he disappeared again and the window closed. Ilive literally ( in its proper definition) live 5min away. Got home and the pasta was already cold( it's 104° outside) andgrabbed my salad only to see brown old lettuce confirmed by "the best if used by" date was yesterday. Called to speak to amanager on duty and was simply told to call back after 5 because the manager doesn't come in until 5. Called back to speak tosomeone about a refund only to be put on hold immediately after explaining the purpose of my call. Waited for 10 min ( timedwith the timer the phone gives you as to how long a call was) until I hung up and called back. A person asked for the reason formy call and I told him. Placed on hold again for a couple of minutes and another person picks up asking how they could help andI explained again and placed on hold AGAIN. A person named Matt stated he could help and was the "manager on duty". I askedagain to confirm if indeed he was a manager on duty to which he stated that he was not and only helps out the manager in themorning. His explanation as to the expired salad was someone just grabbed the wrong one( clearly already established). Noexplanation or even a slight apology for the bad service, expired salad or cold food. He simply stated "ok, I'll cancel theorder and the refund would go through in 7 days. This of course will be my last time dealing with this location and will begladly spreading the word as much as I can through every outlet I can. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid this location andit's terrible service. Read more

We normally have a great experience but this time it was frustrating. Ordered 2 pizzas online and was given a time to pickup.We... arrive at the address and find the front doors locked and only curbside pickup functioning. As we drive up to the window we findout that our order hasn't been started on. We are asked to circle back up to the front to wait another 15 minutes. Meanwhile theonline tracker says the order is complete and I use the 'deliver to car' button and wait with our blinkers on for 10 minutes.Total time spent waiting was over 45 minutes for what should have taken 25 minutes. I sincerely hope we dont experience thisagain. Its only fair that all customers who waited past their carryout time should get a free pizza on their next order. Read more

Just moved to this area from the Menchaca area. Loved the slaughter/Manchaca store... I ordered from here and was super... disappointed. Looks like they tossed my entire order upside down. Won't be ordering from here again. Read more
