Had a really bad experience yesterday morning. First thing, I walked in and approached the cashier to get my order, said Hi to... her (lady with pink hair) and she just looked at me without saying anything, so I just ignored her. I ordered my breakfast andamericano coffee, and went to sit and wait to be called. I was actually ordering an Uber because I had to be at work right away.Then, I hear someone shouting something, it was her. I ignored her because she was naming a different order than mine. Then, shelooked at me and started screaming (yes, screaming) that she needed me to come to the counter because she needed to asked mesomething. I was trying not to cause any trouble, so I walked to her to get closer and hear what she was trying to say. Well,apparently someone had taken my drink, and she had to send a new order for mine. Regardless, she make it seem like it was myfault or something and that's why she started screaming at me to. I was just minding my own business trying to order an Uber toget to work. I didn't say anything else to her because I was in a hurry to get to work, but I think the store owner or franchisemanager should do something about this. She has very rude and had a nasty attitude. I hope the owner makes things right andtakes immediate action to amend not only my bad experience (but maybe the bad experience of a lot of other people) at thislocation. Read more

I took about 30 seconds to think about my order, asked if they had an item in stock, and the woman wearing a pink mask at the... front snapped at me with the worst attitude. I get it, maybe you don't like your job. No need to be reasonably rude towards mewhen I was nice to her. I just turned around and walked out without buying anything from this nasty lady. Going to Starbucksinstead I guess. I try not to write reviews unless someone was incredibly mean or the service was very bad, and this was one ofthose times. FRANCHISE OWNER- fire the female employee wearing a pink mask on November 3 2022 at your 183 Austin location!! Thiswas worth firing over. Read more

I love Dunkins in my cedar park location, but because this one is close to my work I stop to get coffee every now and then and... each time the ice coffee is bitter and water downed even when I ask them for cream and sugar?it?s straight dark and nasty. Thehot coffee is also always cold and never filled up, it?s always about half and then the rest is foam. Never had problems withtheir service. Always friends and kind. The coffee just sucks???? I have not had a good experience here in about two years. They are always out of half the food, or some of the equipment is... broken, or they are so short staffed that they have shut down the lobby or aren't able to serve hot food. Everyone has a badattitude. It seems like Dunkin put all their money into expanding their menu without putting any effort into paying their staffor retaining the good ones so that they can provide a good experience for their customers. This morning, there must have been twenty cars in line and it went very very quickly. When I reached the window, the manager... was working and so nice and kind and outgoing. I mentioned to him that they seemed very busy and he said that they were a staffof only three at that time. I was really amazed and especially that he could remain so cheerful. The best Dunkin' Donuts Ihave been to and I lived in NYC for about ten years, and if you are a New Yorker, you know that Dunkin' Donuts is everywhere! Read more

Terrible customer service. I called more than 12 times and I either got a busy signal or someone answered and hung up on me. ... This was to order an item that wasn't on the menu. So I go in person and talk to the gentleman who greeted me and he saidthey're too busy to answer the phones. I reminded him that my call was also "work" and not play. He didn't get it. I askedabout their Kolaches and how come they're not on the App menu so I can order them, he said their freezer has been down. What doyou know - while waiting for my order, I saw that they filled another person's order for large Kolaches. Sorry, but that'slousy customer service. Even if the store is busy, that's not an excuse. You can still be nice and honest with frequentcustomers when you're busy. Read more
