Worst location hands down. They will get your order wrong every time and replace entire dough it orders with something... completely different with 0 warning. Forget your drinks and won?t give you straws, also forgot all the sugar in my cappuccino.This is such a bad business, do not go here. Go anywhere else. As long as they keep getting my order wrong entirely I willcontinue getting a refund and getting free food. Thanks for that at least. Eating free isn?t easy but they make it easy! His place is so disgusting. The last time I went , they didn?t close for another 4 hours. I?m they had NO food available because... the machines were broken , but then they quickly changed their mind and said they do have ?hash browns? so I ordered some with aregular glazed donut. When I received the donut, it looked like there had been a piece ripped off of it. Like someone ripped offa piece. This location is such a huge disappointment. Every single time I visit! The staff is disorganized, they?re always running out of... items and my coffee is always made incorrectly. What?s the point of having an app? If the staff can?t even turn off unavailableitems nor can they actually make your drinks properly even though it?s laid out in full detail. My experience wasn?t great. Ordered 2 iced coffees with just a little cream and 2 stevia. They came out looking like 2 cups of... straight milk. Asked for more coffee but I think they just dumped half out and filled the rest with water because I did nottaste any coffee. Could?ve just been an off day but I saw employees on phones while handling food, poor attitudes, andundrinkable ice coffees. Catch you never, Dunkin?! Extra star for being open. Read more
Staff is just totally overwhelmed. They need help and it shows. Back to back orders have been incorrect. Wrong kind of cream... cheese and it was just thrown on an clearly unevenly sliced bagel. They also forgot my other bagel and I had to go back in. Idon?t even know what I?m looking at. Hasbrowns were freezer burned. None of their machines work. If you order a hot food product like a breakfast bagel (when the machine works) half of it is still... at refrigerated temps.. they can?t ever do frozen drinks and are out of basic things people love like liquid sugar and anyadditional stuff. Food was very good. Coffee is delicious. Food was ready relatively quickly. Customer service was horrible. Waited for several... minutes before any of the employees even acknowledged that I was there. They weren?t friendly, and they overfill coffee cups. Always spill coffee on my hands and in my car because they continue to overfill their cups. Read more
