I use to come to this location weekly a few years ago. Wow, how things have changed! I understand inflation, I understand... “shrinkflation”, and I understand that service levels were lower due to the pandemic. But when I see higher prices ANDsmaller portions AND poor “to-go only” service and amenities still happening, that’s a huge profit-grubbing overreach.Just sad. Disappointing online ordering experience. When I picked up the order, they only handed me one package instead of both. Went... home, came back to the store, told them what had happened. The lady at the counter did not offer any kind of apology just thatthey were waiting for me to come back (could have called me, as online order had the phone number). Handed me the secondpackage. Came home and saw that instead of 'Pizza Bagel Cheese', they had put 'Pizza Bagel Pepperoni'. Did not want to go backto the store again so trashed it. Avoid this location or at least do not order online. I need to find a better Bagel place. Read more

I got the lox and bagel on an onion bagel and the apple cinnamon bagel with plain cream cheese. The lox was pretty good but the... onion bagel was a bit too dry and not chewy enough. The apple cinnamon bagel was much better- chewy and fresh with a warm appletopping. Their coffee was fresh and hot but they didn’t have a non-dairy creamer option. Read more

Love the cheddar Jalepeno bagel with Jalepeno salsa cream cheese! P.S. don’t forget to take your cream cheese tub by yourself... since they don’t pack it for you. I had to drive 20 mins one way to get it back; because I thought they would have packed inmy to-go bag. Read more
