I came here on a Wednesday morning for breakfast. The hostess who sat me was great and took my drink order after 10 minutes of... me seated at the table with no service. After this, it took an additional 10 minutes for a server to come over and ask if I?dbeen helped already. After (finally) placing my order, the food came out fairly quickly, but was brought out by a differentserver who said nothing to me as she plopped it down - didn?t even make eye contact. Then a third and final server brought memy check about halfway through my meal. I would say this is the bare minimum standard of service in any establishment, worsenedby the fact that it was all different people who helped me. If I had needed anything more, no one had made it clear who I shouldask for help. I have about 5 years of experience in the food service industry, so I don?t believe they were understaffed. When Iarrived, I saw 2 servers, and when I left I saw 6 (I was there for 45 minutes). It was also only an hour after opening, so Idon?t believe I got caught in the cracks of a shift change either. The hostess was clearly going above and beyond her job tohelp me, so I thank her for that, but judging from other reviews of this place, it seems that sloppy service may be thenorm. Nevertheless, the food was great. I recommend this restaurant to people looking for delicious and healthy brunch food, butI stay wary of this location. Next time, I will try another location. Fresh juice, healthy options without taking it over the top, I've never left feeling anything but happy. Be prepared for a wait,... to get seated or served, but always worth it. I really enjoy the option to get in line virtually but don't forget to check inonce you arrive on site. Read more
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FOOD BUT FLAVOR IS HIT OR MISS SOMETIMES. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVACADO TOAST AND CRAB CAKE BENEDICT!!!

Our first experience at First Watch was ok. We had to make reservations because they were busy. They were understaffed so I... understood why our food took awhile. The food was ok. Excellent breakfast menu and many other appealing breakfast & lunch items. They are very busy so expect a wait but if you?re... solo they do have a nice but small breakfast bar. They were out of coffee mugs this morning and the entry way/payment/ hostessstand and complimentary waiting coffee bar was hidden due to the congestion. It?s a bottleneck area so hopefully management isworking on a paperless electronic smartphone app way to pay as congested areas (maskless areas) should be avoided where peopleare eating. Icy areas were not salted/ cleared at the outside area in front of the restaurant, creating precarious walkingnavigation in/out and waiting. We were seated right away, but it took a while for our server to greet us, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Our... plates took a long time to get to our table. The server apologized and made up some story about the kitchen losing the ticketwith our order, even though we never asked why our food took so long. Also, once we got our food, mine was very salty. Ididn't return it just because I didn't want to keep waiting anymore. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but it was certainlynot pleasant.
