There is no incentive to order online or use app. I placed an order with a pick up time for 8:17 pm. App said food was ready... when I arrived. I was told they make all orders on arrival and that that there was a wait on food. Would have appreciated ifthey canceled my order instead to taking my money telling me it?s ready and making me wait. I was excited to try this place, it however was disappointing! We ordered the Cowboy chicken sandwich. The sandwich had great... toppings and lots of potential. The sand failed due to it was not freshly made. Between ordering, and sitting down, the sandwichwas ready within 1 minute. The chicken was somewhere between cold and warm. Due to the temperature of the sandwich, the slicedcheese did not melt. Nor did it have that crunchy expectation from being battered and fried. I think the sandwich would haveoffered a better overall experience with the chicken freshly made. Read more

It's just ok. Good value and taste. Reasonably priced; standard chix sandwich with tots for $9. The tots were lukewarm and... not fresh; could be because I visited at 3pm on a Sunday. Worth another try. Read more

The chicken was fresh but tasted like 5 day old grease. The bacon mac n cheese was cold and dry and flavorless. ???? The only... thing that had any flavor and tasted good was the roasted cream corn. They should use the spices in that on the other foods...orany spice would be nice! Read more
Just gross. Tenders are so small and over cooked. Over priced and tiny portions. The sides are tiny, Mac and cheese comes in a... condiment container essentially. And why on earth are dipping sauces so expensive. Nothing comes with any and you have to buyit all separately. They also don?t tell you the Mac n cheese is an additional surcharge on top of the meal price. Only 3things on the fountain drinks were working. I tried the one at the domain a few months ago. It was amazing. I will never comehere again. If you see the parking lot empty?. It?s for a reason. Read more
